Pretty cool spot . Just needs a room service option
Great location but very inconvenient when u need something for your room. NO room service.. no vendors can bring anything to your room. Must go to the lobby for any delivery or to the bar to order and wait for any food

Worst ever
Check in was like a high pressure sales pitch to upgrade my room, but for business travel it makes no sense. Then the rep seemed frustrated that she couldn't push me into an upgrade and put me next to the elevator bank that was so loud I can barely sleep last night. Sounds like the space shuttle taking off every minute or two. This is exactly why I remain a loyal marriott customer. Never experienced something so bad for $400/night and never had any experience like this with marriott. I will be sure to let the organizers of the conference i am attending know about my experience. Shameful

Even though it is a busy conference hotel, the staff and the stay was great.
Pleasantly surprised by the attentive and friendly staff. From check in to housekeeping to the hotel staff, each person I encountered took extra care to say hello and made sure my needs were met. The rooms are nice and clean. The towels are a little thin but the bed is comfortable and the design room created a nice vibe after a day of being in conference sessions. The new of the river walk is a must!

Highly recommend Hyatt Regency Chicago
Hyatt Regency Chicago is the best hotel to stay at when visiting Chicago. The hotel is centrally located and the amenities are first class. I've stayed a few times and always have a great time. I highly recommend going to breakfast in the morning at the hotel.
