Grand hotel with nice rooms, restaurants and steps away from the scenic Chicago River
My husband and I really enjoyed our weekend at the Hyatt regency Chicago. Room was relaxing with a nice view of the Chicago River and Lake Michigan. The hotel was grand and vibrant with nice restaurants. Staff was very polite and very accommodating from check in to check out

I love Chicago River area
Used as base for exploring river area. The river area and the walk are all well worth the visit as was the rest of the down town, magnificent mile experience. A little noisy, but not unexpected for a city full of life at all hours.

The location is tough to beat, especially if your room has a view of the river.
Great property and great location! Short walk to nearly everything. We always try to stay here when we visit Chicago. Our room had an awesome view of the river, Chicago Tribune, Wrigley building etc... The staff at this Hyatt property are very friendly and hospitable. Special thanks to Raymond and Sebastian at the front desk, and Arturo at the valet. Only thing missing is a pool! Can't wait for our next stay.

It's the "Hyatt Regency" for a Reason!
Couldn't ask for a better experience. The employees were extremely accommodating and helpful and very willing to assist with anything needed. Location was great and the people were amazing! Look forward to the next stay for sure!!!!

Top Notch Experience of Chicago
We had a wonderful experience, got the bed and breakfast package. We loved our breakfast; plenty of variety each day on the buffet. Hotel is in within walking distance of American Writers Museum and Art Institute plus Riverwalk.
