I traveled to Chicago for a business meeting. This was the host hotel for a conference at a local college. I checked the parking and directions before I booked. The Hyatt app said self-parking was $62 on site. When I arrived there was no on-site self-parking according to the valet. Parking was $92. Then the room smelled musty, the mini-fridge was loud and I had a terrible night of sleep. I was less than impressed with this hotel for the high expense. Would not recommend.

My choice place to stay when in Chicago. Very clean, friendly and efficient and location, location, location!

The hotel itself was nice. The staff was incredible, but the star of the show was Marsha! She was so friendly and fun and just amazing. We had a great time with her and she is the main reason we would return! We visited for a work conference back in July and she's still a topic of conversation. #WhatWouldMarshaDo. Marsha deserves a raise and a promotion to probably COO or something similarly adjacent. We loved her and miss her already! Protect her at all costs.

I stayed downtown Chicago and the room was pretty average, the window view was a lot smaller than what appeared in the photo but it was pretty clean and nice and the sunrise and sets were beautiful.

Location is outstanding. 1 and 1/2 blocks from the magnificent Mile. Three blocks from millennium Park everything was in walking distance. Numerous cafes for early morning stroll and coffee. Plus the hotel itself had a great breakfast great staff and move people very proficiently
