Good staff and location
Staff was friendly and helpful, the food is good at the lobby restaurant, there is no self-parking so be prepared to pay for valet, the location is excellent. The internet is poor, be prepared to keep logging in. The bed was great- we slept well.

Hyatt Regency Downtown Chicago Stay
Enjoyed my stay very much at Hyatt Regency Chicago with a nice river view room. I paid upgrade fee for a better view. Hotel is very convenient with close proximity to millennium park, river walk and other attractions.
