Family weekend
Wonderful stay with my family. Everyone was very accommodating and always pleasant Jonny was very helpful with our taxis. Luis, Agnes and Rosa in housekeeping went above and beyond. Everyone at front desk went out of their way to make sure our family had a great stay. Enjoyed talking with the bartender at the reception and he gave great restaurant suggestions Loved the location. Will be back for sure

Loud
Front desk staff were great, but the first morning of our stay, we were woken up at 7:30am by loud protests from some of the hotel staff. The banging and shouting lasted for the entirety of the morning. We could not contact hotel staff while this was happening, leading to a general feeling of unease before we realized what was happening. The hotel manager refused to address the situation and when we emailed him regarding how it impacted our stay, no accountability was taken.
