Kinzie Hotel

Quick girls trip to Chicago and the Kenzie did not disappoint! Front desk staff and Jonny at the door took great care of us. Room was exceptionally clean, my only wish was that they would leave a few bottles of water for guests in the room each day. That would have been very nice and thoughtful.

Our stay at the Kinzie was beyond our expectations. We especially appreciated the friendly welcome by the staff and thoughtfulness of the manager Lani, who made our stay extra memorable. We booked the Kinzie Hotel because of the location but found it was great overall choice- will now be planning a return trip to Chicago and will definitly stay at the Kinzie again.

Where do I start: the location was prime! It’s in very close proximity to a lot of restaurants, shopping and a CVS that stays open until 12AM. Atmosphere: the air was clean and smelled good. The lighting was nice and it made the hotel feel inviting. The room: the room was nice. My only complaint is the noise that the bathroom light/exhaust makes when you turn it on and when the toilet flushes it makes a weird noise as well. Value: for the price, I expected more however I understand that you’re in essence paying for the location. The free breakfast was good with plenty of options and you didn’t feel rushed to get it before it ends. The happy hour every evening with two free drinks was fun as well. Noise level inside was great. Lastly the staff: Lanie, Deandre and Charlene were AMAZING!!!!! They were the ones who made this a five instead of four! Kind, accommodating and knowledgeable they were phenomenal! I would definitely book here again!

My husband has been to this hotel numerous times for work, and insisted he book a room for my daughter and I while we came up for Lollapalooza. It was a fantastic experience and the staff was top notch. We will definitely be back!!

The hotel is designed beautifully and the staff are really friendly and helpful. Johnny (the hotel concierge/valet) was especially helpful to us on check out making sure we had all our luggage and transport to the airport. We joined in with the hotel cocktail hour which was great fun. The bartenders we had made the atmosphere joyful and it was nice to sit somewhere and socialise. We location is perfect for everything you need.. I wouldn't hesitate to rebook this hotel!
