If you’re visiting Chicago, I highly recommend the Kinzie. From the warm and attentive staff to their dedication to making your stay memorable, everything exceeded my expectations. As a first-time visitor to the city, I was impressed by the spotless, beautifully designed rooms and the great views. Choosing the Kinzie made my trip truly special, and I would encourage anyone planning a visit to book their stay here. Thank you and shoutout to Mickey, Abdiel, Angel, Lani, Deandre, and Charlene!

Great experience staying here for a few nights with my wife, a Chicago native. The location is superb - you can walk to many Chicago highlights (like the Art Institute). Our room had a beautiful view of many landmark buildings and was very comfortable. Breakfast, though modest, came with the room and had a nice selection. Service was great...Everyone with whom we interacted was very nice and clearly wanted us to have a good experience. Special shout outs to: Deandré at the front desk. José up in the bar/reception area

I was really impressed with the Kinzie hotel. The location was awesome! So many good restaurants within walking distance. The rooms are big and I love the dual showerheads in the bathroom. The front desk staff were really friendly and helpful. Props to Lani, Angel, Charlene, Demetrius, and Michol. They were super helpful and gave us really good restaurants recommendations. The parking valet were on point. Our minivans arrived early. The breakfast and happy hour were also top notch.

Great location! Clean rooms. Friendly staff. Simple hotel. No big lobby or gathering area but we didn't need that. Our room was very quiet and we were very glad we did not have a room on the 6th floor. The breakfast room and the happy hour room are located on the 6th floor and have a lot of people coming and going and talking loudly. The front desk staff will give you bottled water if you ask for it. Breakfast is simple with cereal, bread options, waffle maker, whole fruit, muffins. Happy hour offers 2 drinks and a salty snack. Drinks are either wine or beer (Modelo and Miller Lite on tap).

They made us wait unit 4:00 to check in, and then gave us a room with carpet that had just been deeply shampooed. The carpet was absolutely soaking wet. They even had a huge loud fan blower trying to speed up the drying. It was a health hazard. We couldn't believe it. When we went back to the front desk, there was another person there who switched our room for the same. Why didn't they just do that in the first place?
