James and Lonnie 10/10
This was my first time staying at the Kinzie and my goodness was it a great experience. The location was great. Close to all the major Chicago things I wanted to do. And the staff was even more amazing! The chemistry between James and Lonnie was just a joy to be around. James didn’t hesitate to take my bags up for me and Lonnie was always eager to help. The Marriott could never!!

Kinzie Hotel wrapped in legacy and honor
My trip was amazing the girl at the front desk. She gave me everybody’s name, but I lost the paper but I know she worked Saturday morning, January the 10th the morning shift I would like her to be recognized. I don’t have the paper, but abdiel and James were excellent. It made me feel safe and secure and met all my accommodations. It was a beautiful place very clean downtown in the best spot they need to be recognized. Thank you so much for an excellent service It made me feel safe and secure and met all my accommodations. Great hotel, great employees
James was incredibly helpful. He immediately offered assistance when I walked in and when I was checking out. He offered to take my luggage and order me a car for travel. Very helpful and accommodating!! Would return

Amazing staff
Just got back from a US trip and we stayed at the Kinzie on our Chicago stop. Nice clean rooms in great location - we walked everywhere even in the snow. The staff were even better! We can’t thank Mickey, Angel, Deandre, Lani, James, Charlene and Demetrius enough for looking after us during our stay. Always very helpful and had good recommendations of where to go. Even looked after our luggage when our flight was cancelled (after we had checked out andleft the hotel) So thankful for this really helped us out. Wishing the team a merry Christmas and hope they get a well deserved break!!

Incredible Stay
Our stay at the Kinzie was fantastic! Deandre and Mickey at the front desk made sure that our stay was convenient and comfortable, and the location was central to everything we wanted to do. Would highly recommend.
