Everything was great, I love the breakfast sandwiches. Jonny was very helpful! He opened a room for us and helped load up our luggage.

Don't Stay Here if You Want To Actually Sleep
The hotel is clean and the rooms are nice enough, but this is one of the nosiest places I've ever stayed. Paired with the poor quality bed, it was nearly impossible to sleep. There is loud traffic noise and honking, sirens, and live music from bars nearby all night on week nights.

Excellent staff and hotel.
Location fairly easy to find, great in relationship to other sites and activities. Clean, staff very friendly and helpful. Jonny Smith was very kind, patient and helpful at the hotel and great suggestions to eat.

Stayed at Kinzie hotel in Chicago. Hotel was lovely, centrally located, rooms with a view And very clean. Lani James, the front office supervisor, was extremely kind and very helpful. Thank you, Lani

Great stay overall.
All of the staff we encountered were extremely friendly and helpful. Jonny, went beyond to meet our needs. He was kind, patient and very knowable about things we could do in the surrounding area. We would stay again and tell friends about the Kenzie hotel. The only negative I have would be the kindergarten toilets in the restrooms.
