Kinzie Hotel

This hotel is outstanding, myself and my 17 yr old son have just returned from our first visit to Chicago and our first trip to the USA. From the minute we walked in everyone was so welcoming and helpful. Our room was perfect and with everything you need and more . The location couldn’t have been better , it is so central to everything and allowed us to walk to most places on our list . I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone and as travel agent in the UK I will be actively sharing this hotel to my customers in our branch . This was my first time staying at the Kinzie and my goodness was it a great experience. The location was great. Close to all the major Chicago things I wanted to do. And the staff was even more amazing! The chemistry between James and Lonnie was just a joy to be around. James didn’t hesitate to take my bags up for me and Lonnie was always eager to help. The Marriott could never!!

My trip was amazing the girl at the front desk. She gave me everybody’s name, but I lost the paper but I know she worked Saturday morning, January the 10th the morning shift I would like her to be recognized. I don’t have the paper, but abdiel and James were excellent. It made me feel safe and secure and met all my accommodations. James was incredibly helpful. He immediately offered assistance when I walked in and when I was checking out. He offered to take my luggage and order me a car for travel. Very helpful and accommodating!! Would return

Just got back from a US trip and we stayed at the Kinzie on our Chicago stop. Nice clean rooms in great location - we walked everywhere even in the snow. The staff were even better! We can’t thank Mickey, Angel, Deandre, Lani, James, Charlene and Demetrius enough for looking after us during our stay. Always very helpful and had good recommendations of where to go. Even looked after our luggage when our flight was cancelled (after we had checked out andleft the hotel) So thankful for this really helped us out. Wishing the team a merry Christmas and hope they get a well deserved break!!
