Excellent stay
It's rare that I can say that I have absolutely no complaints about our 2 day stay here. Location is perfect for Michigan Ave. and downtown. Plenty of restaurants to choose from in the area. Hotel itself was spotless. Most noticeable was the friendliness of the staff- all smiled and said good morning to you. Standouts include Khouri at the front desk check-in, the sweet lady who helped me prepare a waffle for breakfast, and the fellow manning the complimentary happy hour. Speaking of the latter, we were not informed about the happy hour but somehow learned about it- nice touch. Room was comfortable, facing Marina City. Close to public transportation- we took the subway to the Cubs game. Would definitely stay here again.

Lovely experience
Hotel and staff was amazing! Social hour every day from 5-7 with free drinks for hotel guests. Super comfortable beds and pillows. Front desk staff was very accommodating with snacks and drinks to purchase for the room. Jonny was especially helpful with holding our bags after checkout and calling us a cab for our trip to the airport!
