ALWAYS TO THE TOP
This was my third stay at The Langham Chicago, and it continues to impress me every time. It is truly one of the best hotels in the city—everything is exceptional, from the beautiful facilities to the outstanding service. What I appreciate most is the kindness and professionalism of the staff. During this visit, they were even accommodating in helping me prepare for my conference performance and presentation, which meant so much to me. I can’t thank the management and team enough for their support. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning again.

Elegant & Fun
Took family for a few days loved the atmosphere, amenities and food. Will definitely stay again. Best bar lounge in the city and Stephen made it personalized and fun.

Langham Chicago is a MUST STAY!
More than a 10/10. Service and Room were excellent. They have thought of everything! Executive Club Lounge was so fancy and the service and the space impeccable! Joyce in the lounge made the most perfect espresso martinis. Anytime I come to Chicago - I am staying here - with Club Lounge access! I've stayed at the Four Seasons and other 5 star in town - this beats all of them!

Made me fall in love with Chicago
Beautiful property with great views of the city, river, AND lake! It was also located perfectly in the city center, in walking proximity to all our weekend activities. Mag Mile is right there and the dock for the Architecture Tour is located at a 5 minutes walking distance. If you have the opportunity to, would highly recommend The Langham Club as well. We spent half our time enjoying a staycation on property with club access, and also using the gym, pool, and sauna facilities. I was never one to enjoy my time in Chicago before I stayed at this hotel. All I want to do now is go back!
