Summer vacation
I will not stay anywhere else in Chicago but the Langham Hotel. I always look forward to the visit when I’m booking my trip.

Gorgeous suites, stunning views, a beautiful spa, and attentive staff
My husband and I stayed here during our wedding weekend and for a few days after to relax and celebrate. We were completely blown away by the suite we were lucky enough to stay in - the furnishings, the spaciousness, the views. We live in Chicago but not downtown, and the views (of architecture tour boats gliding down the river, the beautiful skyline, the bridges over the river) made us fall in love with the city in a new way. After our wedding events were over, we barely left the hotel, dining in the restaurant, ordering room service, and spending most of our time in the spa. The staff was so attentive, including the front desk staff who were so warm about our wedding, the bell staff who gave us great parking advice (and marriage advice!), and the spa staff. From the moment we arrived and saw our room, it was a dream come true. On such a special weekend, it added so much to our enjoyment to have such a beautiful space as the backdrop. We were already planning future stays at The Langham in the days after our wedding - for anniversaries, special occasions, and just to hide away from real life once in a while. I am certain we will be back over the years and we will recommend The Langham to everyone.

Service, Service, Service
I can't even begin to explain how amazing the service is at the Langham. Literally every single person I encountered was exceptionally nice and took perfect care of us. I just can't say enough about the team taking care of us there. The room was fantastic, and the bed extremely comfortable. We had club level access, and it was tremendous. Great food and drink selections, and don't get me started on the candy bar. Can't wait to find an excuse to go back.

A Luxury Stay Made Even Better by the Staff
From the moment I arrived I was met with warm and attentive service—from the friendly doorman to the helpful bellman who made settling in seamless. The front desk team truly stood out, especially Awadi and Tatiana, who were both welcoming, professional, and went out of their way to ensure my stay was comfortable. I also want to give a special shoutout to concierge Philippe, who somehow managed to secure a fantastic last-minute dinner reservation that made my night. The level of care and attention I received throughout my stay was truly impressive and I wouldn’t hesitate to return.
