Reviews for Loews Chicago O'Hare

Definitely The Right Hotel!

We chose this hotel for their “Stay, Park & Fly” program. We spent one night prior to flying out on a two week vacation. It was easy to find. Our room was clean and comfortable. Parking was easy and in a covered garage. Their shuttle to I’Hare runs every 15 minutes 24 hours a day. We ate two meals at the hotel restaurant and both were very good.

Great place to stay close to O’Hare

Modern, spacious clean rooms. Spotless bathroom. Friendly check in. Free shuttle(s) to/from airport (although pick up is only from Term 2). Short walk to fashion outlet and movies. Would be a pretty good place for a park and stay if you lived in Chicago.

Best park and stay option

Best park and stay for sure! Queen beds (most in the area have double beds). Comfortable, shuttle that came every 15 minutes (I would say even more often but possibly because it was Spring Break week). Accommodating with a rollaway bed. Great restaurant/bar and my son left his running watch and it was turned in my cleaning staff so we got that back easily. I've stayed at so many park and stays in Chicago and this is my go to now.

2 weekends at Loews O’Hare

Another perfect stay. Fantastic-employees everywhere In the hotel. Clean rooms. Fantastic shower. That says everything. I couldn’t be happier with a hotel stay. Park and fly is easy and seemless. New pick up area at O’Hare was easy and driver was there in less than 5 minutes. This is the only place we will stay when in the area. Thank you Loews O’Hare.

A Breakup - It’s Not Me. It’s You.

Our long lasting love of staying at Lowe’s in Rosemont ended tonight. We’ve done the Park Sleep Fly for many years when we fly out of O’Hare. We’ve enjoyed the location, service, comfortable bed and the ease of the shuttle service. Tonight, after a long line at customs, we went out to wait for the shuttle where we always have. After waiting for a while, we called the hotel. We were then told they stopped picking up at the international terminal a month ago and we had to go to Terminal 2. If you know O’Hare, you know what a pain it is to go from Terminal 5 to Terminal 2 with all of your luggage. We were told 2C at Domestic Departures. Up and down a few escalators, catching the tram, we get to T2 and go outside. We see A, B and D but no C. We spend some more time outside and called again. Then we were told It’s actually downstairs from domestic departures. While waiting in the 3rd and finally right location, we were taking to a security officer. We asked if all hotel shuttles had stopped picking up at the international terminal and he said no, that many still do. Loews used to hand out an information sheet with the shuttle’s number. One would think this would have been an important detail, especially since we told them at check in why we were there. Instead, we got to wait at three different locations, struggle through O’Hare with our luggage, and add almost an hour to our already long trip home. Loews Rosemont, we are never getting back together.
