Wanted to take the bed with me
As someone who works in sales and stays in countless hotels throughout the year, I can confidently say that the beds and pillows at Loews Chicago O’Hare are, by far, the softest and most comfortable I’ve ever experienced in a hotel. I genuinely had an incredible night’s sleep. Everything else was equally impressive. The amenities are excellent, the staff is welcoming and attentive, the food is top-notch, and the housekeeping service is fantastic. I only wish Loews had a hotel in every city I travel to, because I would choose to stay with them every single time. An outstanding experience from start to finish!

Room Service Food
This review is based on the room service food. I ordered the gluten free goat cheese and mushroom pizza and thought it was delicious! I crave this again soon.

Shane, Yuisa, Daisy, Micah made our trip great.
Shane made our trip good since we had issue with shower, she accommodated us with amenity. Front desk phone customer service was top notch! We appreciated the personal service from Yuisa and Daisy in the dining room. Also the evening service in dining room was terrific. We will return! Loved the Smooth Jazz venue there.

Poor customer service !
One simple thing can ruin your stay - if you are booking through Booking.com they are not able to issue any invoice nor receipt. A bit carzy, isn't it ? Why they cooperate with Booking.com if they are not able to do a simple thing. And the staff at the reception is defenietly unfriendly. Never more !
