Nobu Hotel Chicago

Everything was 10/10 incredible. From start to finish, Michelle was incredible at making me feel welcome and ease any travel snags that inevitably pop up when traveling to a location (rather than a staycation). Their team was kind, warm, friendly and weren't overly hovering. The location, property, layout, design, and the overall ambience can NOT be beat. It's the place to stay in Chicago. You get the best of all worlds- incredible cuisine in the most fun/chic neighborhood paired with sexy, relaxating japanese minmalist design that is absolutely outstanding. Ignore the other West Loop choices, because this is the one.

What impressed us most was how proactive the staff was—they anticipated our needs and made sure everything was taken care of before we even had to ask. Their attention to detail and genuine commitment to making our stay comfortable truly stood out. The exceptional service made our visit even more enjoyable, and we would absolutely stay here again.

I had a wonderful experience with Frank and VIP Transport Elite Chicago! He provided transportation throughout my trip, from picking me up at the airport, to bringing me to and from a concert, and finally taking me from my hotel back to the airport. Frank was always punctual, professional, and incredibly reliable. I felt completely safe and comfortable throughout every ride, and the vehicle was always clean, comfortable, and beautifully presented. It was such a relief knowing I had dependable transportation arranged, especially for a busy concert night. I appreciated the wet hand towels and sparkling water he provided with each trip. Overall, the entire experience was seamless from beginning to end. I would highly recommend Frank to anyone visiting Chicago who is looking for safe, professional, and high-quality private transportation. I will absolutely use his services again the next time I’m in Chicago!
