Nobu Hotel Chicago

We truly had a very pleasant stay. The staff treated us very well from our arrival to our departure. Emily escorted us with open arms and a smile to our room, which had more than what we needed, and the pool was very relaxing and inviting (we spent over 2 hours there). In the afternoons and evenings, we enjoyed the surrounding area with its many food options and interesting places that Charlie at the front desk recommended for a coffee or a drink and every single time we left the hotel, Craig would greet us by name. We really enjoyed being in the Zen Suite with its views of the city and sunsets. The entire team worked together to make us feel like VIPs, and we will definitely return as soon as we have the opportunity. Thank you, NOBU team!

From the moment I checked in, Nobu Chicago impressed me with its understated elegance and attention to detail. The bathroom is especially beautiful, featuring rainfall showers and deep soaking tubs that make it hard to leave the room. The view from my room was stunning — floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the Chicago skyline, capturing both the modern architecture and the vibrant energy of the West Loop. Watching the sunset from the room was an experience in itself. The service was consistently attentive yet never intrusive. The staff were professional, warm, and genuinely eager to make my stay perfect. Every request was handled promptly, and the front desk team went above and beyond to accommodate small details that made a big difference. Whether you’re here for business or a quiet weekend getaway, Nobu Chicago delivers a world-class experience where design, comfort, and hospitality come together effortlessly.

We had some trouble with check in but overall our time was great. Everyone as a team made it wonderful. The front staff was very respectful and attentive, especially the woman who checked us in. Gino who helped with our bags was wonderful and had great city recommendations for us. The house keeping team and valet people also deserve great recognition. After a late night show a nice man in the front lobby was able to park for us still. We then got back to our room which had been cleaned a second time and set up for bedtime. Such a relief after a long night to come back and have everything taken care of.

My husband and I recently stayed at Nobu Chicago. The location was great, very walkable in the West Loop to restaurants and shops. Loved the decor in the hotel and our room, it was very restful and serene. Our was very comfortable. My only issue was the lighting in the bathroom. It was difficult to put my makeup on because it was dark. The staff was wonderful especially Gino. Gino made our stay over the top. He was so helpful, congenial, made great recommendations and made us feel so welcomed. The whole experience was the best of any luxury hotel we have ever stayed in! We would definitely stay there again.
