10/10 experience. Customer service at hotel and restaurant stellar. Able to organize a surprise engagement on beautiful Nobu hotel rooftop and have a large reservation for brunch afterwards. They were accommodating and helped with decorations and to make the day extremely special. Food was amazing too! Made our dream engagement live up to its fullest potential.

VIP TRANSPORT ELITE at Nobu Chicago
My friend and I had an absolutely incredibly fabulous experience at the Nobu for Paul McCartney’s concert at the United Center. The hotel was exactly what you would expect from a high end boutique hotel: gorgeous, comfortable, clean room and outstanding service by Anna. Lunch at Nobu Restaurant was delicious beyond words, made even better by spectacular service from Caitlin. She really knows her stuff! However, the highlight of the evening was transportation provided by Frank Canar, who was recommended by the hotel. Frank reached out a week before the concert to arrange convenient times for us. He also sent contact information and other useful details for a smooth departure and return. The night of the concert Frank arrived promptly. His Cadillac Escalade was pristine and Frank’s attention to detail was impeccable. He assisted with entering and exiting the vehicle. Had a perfect route to and from the venue for a comfortable, quick ride. Finding Frank after the concert was a breeze because he thoroughly explained how to find him in the exit madness and he had an iPad with our name shining through the front windshield. As if Frank’s extraordinary service wasn’t enough, he actually played The Beatles during our ride for maximum enjoyment! Frank is truly a gem.
