Just wanted to say I'm blown away by the service and personal touch before even arriving - there was an issue with my reservation confirmation and Michelle followed up with me personally to troubleshoot. Never had that happen with any other hotel. Can't wait to be onsite and thank the team!

James is awesome!
I was in town for a wedding, and at the last minute I realized I forgot to bring a belt. I asked James at the front desk if the hotel happened to have any spare belts, and without hesitation he offered up one of his. Otherwise a very nice guy as well. Thank you James!
