Nobu chicago is know for incredible service -- and you can see why, as general manager Robert P is well above par (Nobu is fortunate to keep him vs other brands). The property itself offers a balance of a solid night sleep and high-end happy hour/night life scene.

This was our second stay at Nobu Hotel Chicago and it was just as great as the first visit. Everything was perfect! All team members were so friendly, especially Craig. He was very kind, welcoming and first class in service. We will definitely be back! It is one of our favorite hotels.

If you want the experience to be perfect. Nobu-Chicago. Is the place. My wife and I got to celebrate our 40th Wedding Anniversary over the Memorial Day weekend. And it was perfect. From start to finish. From the arrival and being received with a smile from the valet team, to the bellman who offered his services with a cordial but welcoming style. To reception services received with such professionalism giving us a sense of being made to feel like we mattered at the moment. The suite! 7th floor! What a view!!! Beautiful as can be. Standing there looking at the city and almost feeling the vibes and sounds of the town from the room! The accommodations were excellent! The bed - and pillows - comfy as can be! My wife and I slept like babies the two nights we were there! Nobu-Chicago. Definitely felt like home. Away from home. The weekend staff made it happen. On a scale from 1 to 10…. We give you a 20! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My experience at this place was superb! The service, ambiance, and amenities were top-notch. However, it's quite expensive. Despite the cost, the overall experience made it worth it. Would definitely came again if got a discount also recommend for a luxury.
