Hotel Experience
I had a great experience at this hotel. I also had the pleasure of meeting Derrick, who helped my family and I with whatever we need here. I would highly recommend staying here whenever you are in Chicago.

Superb service
We experienced a welcoming atmosphere from start to finish. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The hotel recommended a car service for transportation to and from the concert . Frank’s service was above and beyond, making it easy to enjoy the evening without worrying about traffic, crowds, or safety. Our visit was very enjoyable.

Beautiful Winter Getaway
The Sake Suite was such a beautiful and clean space with stunning details. Truly the perfect winter getaway. The staff was also warm and attentive. I can’t say enough good things about my stay! Nobu has definitely set the standard and will always be my first choice when traveling

Crème de la crème
This experience was like no other. It’s going to be impossible to not pick nobu when I’m traveling if it’s an option . The front desk receptionist are pure class. My experience was specifically with Aldo, he made sure we had everything we needed and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was special . We stayed in the sake suite and the room was perfect . My girlfriend is STILL talking about how much she loved the bathroom. I’m just in awe between the quality of the rooms, and the overall service , nobu Chicago is pure class. I’m already thinking about my next visit !
