Outstanding Experience
When our daughter experienced a last-minute problem with another hotel that was to be the site for her wedding photos, Michelle at Nobu Chicago jumped in and saved the day. Our daughter switched hotels and could not have been happier. Michelle’s responsiveness and gentle reassurances gave our daughter the comfort she needed to be able to relax and look forward to her big day. When she checked out of the hotel on the day after her wedding, she sent me these texts: “The guy (James) who checked us in at the Nobu Friday night was on his way out of the hotel to go home. He was all changed in relaxed clothes and he turned right around to help us carry stuff upstairs.” “The Nobu has been INCREDIBLE ” “This could not have worked out better” My husband and I also experienced the helpfulness of the staff when we arrived with MANY bouquets of flowers that needed to be brought up to the bridal suite. Derrick quickly helped us unload, and promptly got the flowers to the suite. We realize that this is part of his job but he did it with such enthusiasm! That matters! We highly recommend Nobu Chicago!

Best luxury hotel experience EVER.
The best experience I could have ever asked for. Our expectations were completely blown away! From the very moment we checked in, we were treated like the most important guests to check in all day. The drinks and appetizers at the rooftop bar were SO GOOD! So fresh. The room was amazing. View = incredible! The room was immaculate. Ana, Anthony, Thomas, and Gino were all so helpful and so friendly. Breakfast was absolutely delicious! Everything about this stay screamed luxury and elegance with a homey/comfortable feeling. 10/10 will be staying again, and again… AND AGAIN.

We have stayed here a few times, and every visit is better than the last! Ashley and Anthony are absolute gems, as are all the employees! We can't wait for our next visit in September!

Amazing service
James is an absolute legend! 5/5 service would recommend. He personally helped me take all bags up to room on arrival. Gave all the details for spots to see and restaurants to check near the hotel . Escorted myself to a restaurant around the corner with a smile!
