My stay at Nobu was amazing. It’s a great location with plenty of restaurants surrounding the hotel. The staff is welcoming and very attentive. It was pouring and Gino went out of his way to guide me to our car with an umbrella.

We recently stayed at Nobu Chicago for my husband’s birthday and honestly had the best experience. The location is perfect — right in Fulton Market, walking distance to so many great spots and super easy to get to from the expressway. The hotel is welcoming, calm and welcoming. We stayed in the Zen Suite and it was a 10/10. The heated bathroom floors were a favorite and the teakwood soaking tub was beautiful. The whole room felt peaceful and made the stay really relaxing. Service was amazing all around. Michelle helped us arrange early check-in and suggested in-room massages which were great. Emily followed up before our stay with thoughtful options to make it extra special. Anthony at the front desk was attentive, Derek was very helpful with our bags and showing us the room features, and Fernando gave great service at the rooftop bar. Such a great stay overall — the perfect place to celebrate and we’ll definitely be back.
