Great location. Easy to walk to the Bean, museums, shopping and the Architecture cruises. Lots of food options nearby. Picked up a small pizza at Lou Malnati’s to try a deep dish. Hotel provided 2 bottles of water daily. A/c worked very well during the gross heat wave. Didn’t use public transportation but I see that trains & buses are nearby. The only issue was that the elevators were slow & the mini fridges aren’t that cold.

We had an outstanding experience at Pendry Chicago, and we especially want to recognize Perry, the bellman. Even during extremely busy times with guests constantly arriving and departing, Perry remained calm, organized, and incredibly attentive. He handled everyone’s luggage efficiently, kept everything running smoothly, and made sure every guest felt taken care of. He helped us with our luggage during both check-in and check-out, and his professionalism, kindness, and positive attitude made the entire process effortless and stress-free. His exceptional service truly enhanced our stay. Thank you, Perry, for going above and beyond. Pendry Chicago is fortunate to have such a dedicated team member, and we hope he receives the recognition he deserves.

We stayed at the Pendry Hotel Chicago this past weekend. It was magnificent. The rooms are extremely clean and have modern furnishings. They were able to accommodate our request for adjoining rooms, which is great if you are traveling with Family. They were helpful with tips on how to get places and fun activities to do. Miriam, the front desk staff was especially wonderful.. like you’ve probably read in other reviews. The noise from Michigan Avenue was loud at night, but this was no fault of the hotel. The location was perfect and we did not need a car. We were able to walk to many sites attractions tours and restaurants. I highly staying here if in Chicago we will certainly be back if our plans allow..

Stayed there the nights of June 5th and 6th for my nieces wedding. The reception was held there. It was very beautiful but the outside patio area was extremely crowded for anyone to sit down and relax. The food they served was pretty bad to say the least. None of us could eat our filets because they weren't cooked enough and were bloody. We just had the basic standard room with two double beds. The room was ok but certainly nothing special for the price. Best thing the hotel has to offer I'd say is the location. It is also clean. But, it doesn't give off luxury vibes that I was hoping for.

It’s a gorgeous hotel downtown Chicago, within an easy walking distance to many attractions. Tons of food options nearby. Public transit is actually really easy use which I was not used to so it was a pleasant surprise. As a solar traveler, I really appreciated everything being clean and safe and beautiful.
