Super people, the indoor pool was a small lap pool so that sucked. Great food from the hotel bar. The rooms were nice and clean but they don’t put bags in the trash containers in the room which I thought was weird. House keeping left a red rag in the bathroom so maybe the cleaning person booked out and didn’t finish??? Clean tho.

Great room and view. Not so good water drainage. To be fair it was the coldest weekend in Chicago in the last 7 years.. May have attributed to the drains not working well

Great location close to local attractions. Endless indoor and outdoor common areas for lounging, watching TV, hanging out with friends and family. Indoor and outdoor swimming pool, and hot tub. Indoor basketball court, fitness center and game room perfect for the winter season.

Stay here every year for the Cubs Convention. Love this hotel. Rooms are always top notch and clean. Beds and pillows are very comfortable. Daniel was very friendly and actually got me a room a few hours earlier than check in and was very friendly and knowledgeable. I think the other front deck guys name was Kevin and was very friendly and knew that I might need a later check out because of the Cubs Con I was attending and offered to give me a later check out. Can't give this hotel enough flowers.
