We had the corner room, it was nice and spacious. We asked for a fridge and was send up right away. We can see city view and park view, best of both worlds. Minor, but worth mentioning when I step into the bathroom there was a small stained on the toilet seat and was able to wipe off with wet wipes. Then on my bed there was small piece of hair. Not to made matters worse, but I could tell my sheets were not wash from previous used. Not from us, since it was our first night. Other than that the bed was comfy and cozy. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the fitness, which was fully equipped. Our grandson made good used of indoor basketball court and swimming pool. Overall we had a nice stay.

Don’t make me choose to self park it or VALET and then tell me i can’t come or go as i please if i pay for self parking so in order for us to leave when we ready we paid $80 each night for VALET and they park your car 15 mins away from the hotel which is very inconvenient when i should be about to come down from my room and get in my car if im gone be paying $80 a night THE HOTEL has one closet and one functioning draw no night stands space hotels phones barely work and the shower water pressure was horrible my birthday experience was great outside the room but the room should of been my highlight so its a NO for me

This was my first time at Raddison Blu Aqua Chicago and I had an absolute wonderful stay!! The customer service was 5 star!!! Rooms were spacious, clean and I loved the oversized bathroom. Food was quite delicious. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming from the valet, front desk staff, housekeepers, restaurant staff; it was lovely and I will definitely stay again.

Location is great. Near plenty of restaurants and a convenience store if you need something quick. I went out for a run along the river walk and lakefront which was easy access. Comfortable and quiet room. I enjoyed my stay and would be happy to return here.

The location is perfect, very close to loop offices as well as the sights. I am local but occasionally stay close to work when I have projects or late nights, and Radisson Aqua is my go-to. The rooms are typically affordable unless there's an expo or other event drawing traffic.
