My stay at the hotel was excellent. The staff was friendly, the room was clean and comfortable, and everything exceeded my expectations. I would definitely stay here again.

Chicago is a beautiful city, with so much to see and do. There was a lot going on with the Jake Frost popup and other activities around the city. One of the most best places to experience is Chinatown

Great hotel nice location by Millennium park. Went with my daughters for an overnight stay in the city. The hotel was nicely decorated for the holidays which made it feel even more special. Beautiful hotel nice amenities and rooms were spacious and cute!

Absolutely wonderful! Timothy at the front desk was so nice and imformative. The check in process was super easy and we were there a little early and our room was ready. The room was super clean and spacious. Comfy beds and nice view. Parking was easy and access to everything. If you go, go to the Weber Grill, food was amazing. Breakfast at the hotel was also nice. Very beautiful hotel . Would definitely stay again.

Horrible experience at this hotel. It’s dirty and the staff are horrible. Check in process is a nightmare. The staff is rude and racist. Location sucks, you’re better off at any other kind of hotel . Not family friendly at all, I’m disappointed in management and staff, you would expect better service from them.
