Jens Favorite Hotel
This is by far one of the best hotels I've stayed in Chicago. The amenities are awesome, location is perfection. The STAFF i can't name them all but front desk, housekeeping and security are amazing and friendly. Convenient to everything.

Amazing venue for a wedding
I recently made my daughter’s wedding at the Blu. What an amazing experience from start to finish. Tara, the Catering Sales Manager was a pleasure to work with. She eludes such an amazing sense of knowledge, ideas , confidence, and execution. Literally nothing she was not able to accomplish. Tara made the entire year plus planning smooth and exciting. The weekend of the event, she shined, gracefully handling every request and adding many over the top touches that contributed to a perfect weekend. The Blu is lucky to have such an accomplished Catering Sales Manager. I look forward to working with her again.

Location is great!
Very nice hotel layout, balcony view was great and friendly staff was very accommodating. The hotel was close to all of our sightseeing areas. Only negative is that both queen beds 🛌 wasnt comfortable and it was sloping inward while feeling that the frame was unstable. Lost a star here down to a 4.
