Shauna, has a beautiful smile and was friendly and professional. She did an Excellent job cleaning the terrace and making a nice shaded area for us to relax in.

shoutout to shaunda for the towels, thank you girl!!! the hotel was nice and had a great view of the city. bummer that the pool was closed but that’s okay.

Mid-priced hotel in heart of Chicago
This is an excellent hotel situated in the heart of downtown Chicago, conveniently located near numerous restaurants, the subway station, and within walking distance of Uber and taxi services. The hotel maintains a clean and hygienic environment, with a friendly and attentive front desk and housekeeping staff. The rooms are reasonably sized and offer a comfortable stay. However, I have a concern regarding the distribution of tips left for the hardworking housekeeping maid. It appears that the tips I left did not directly reach the intended maid, but rather the supervisor. I would prefer to tip directly to the maid or for the hotel to ensure that any tips left by guests are directed to the appropriate housekeeper. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

3 Day trip
we stayed in the hotel and ate at the restaurant attached every day. Edgar was our server every time and was a phenomenal help and overall great guy. thanks! highly recommend.
