The hotel is overall great. The restaurant has some good selection and the room is nice. Had no real issues during my 4 night stay. But what really sealed the deal for us was Antwonne! He went above and beyond in more ways than one. When it came to helping us navigate our way around the city, giving us tips on the best food spots, or simply taking that extra step in helping us with our bags, we recognized it all and it made our time in Chicago some much more memorable. Don’t forget to check out the terrace on the 17th floor! The views are awesome.

The waiter Edgar was wonderful; we really enjoyed his service. He is a very nice person. We will definitely come back to this place because of the food and the service.

I had a very fine dine in experience at the CBR restaurant, and a very attentive and elegant server in Raymundo. I elected for the avocado chicken sandwich and it did not disappoint the food was warm and quick to get to me! I will be coming back soon, and recommending this location to family and friends.

Very clean and spacious rooms. My background is in the cleaning business so I tend to be nitpicky about hotel rooms. This one was the cleanest hotel I've stayed at in a long time. Shaunda was super friendly to our 1 year old while we were hanging out in the lobby. Highly recommend this hotel!

Good visit. Clean hotel in a great location. Red line right across the street and near to the river and magnificent mile. Restaurant on site is very nice. Downside is the pool has been shut down by the city, ice machine did not work, and our headboard was in bad shape. Not what you would expect from a hotel of this stature. 17th floor terrace was beautiful but closes at 10 pm, so not a lot of time to enjoy the night skyline during the summer. Great lobby and awesome patio out front for relaxing. It was $78 to park my car, but not unusual for downtown Chicago. I did see self park options down the street for $45.
