Good stay, excellent customer service
Overall, I had a good stay at the Royal Sonesta Chicago River North. The location was excellent and made it easy to get to restaurants, shopping, and many of Chicago’s attractions. The room was comfortable, but it wasn’t as modern as I expected, and I did notice it was a little dusty in a few areas. It wasn’t a dealbreaker, but I think the housekeeping could pay a bit more attention to detail. The highlight of my stay was definitely the staff. A special shoutout to Antwonne, who was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. I also want to recognize T in the CBR restaurant for being so friendly, attentive, and providing excellent service. Overall, despite a few minor issues with the room, I enjoyed my stay and would consider staying here again because of the convenient location and outstanding customer service.
