Good Experience with Business Room Block
We had a positive experience booking a group room block for a business event. The meeting manager, Kianna, was responsive and professional. Everyone was pleased with their rooms, citing excellent views. The check-in / out staff were friendly and knowledgeable. The location is a bit of a hike, being on the end of the Pier, but getting to/from via vehicle was very easy. Rooms were clean and well-maintained. Room windows were very large to give you a full view of the lake. Despite overlooking the Pier, we didn't notice any noise from pedestrians below.

Nadia and Jeron are the best. They helped me and did their best. The hotel is very beautiful and clean. The staff as a whole is top tier. You can’t pass up the hotel especially the views. 10/10

Wonderful location for a weekend in Chicago
Location, location, location! We were there for the last weekend of summer and enjoyed the activities occurring on Navy Pier all around us. Our kids loved the window seat in our room that was right over the water; Saturday night fireworks were front and center for them. The room and bathroom were clean. The bathroom had gorgeous finishings. The beds were comfortable. We could notice noise from outside of the hotel while in the room; after a busy day I didn’t notice any noise in the evening but in the quiet of a Sunday morning was able to hear the seagulls (which I enjoyed, but thought other may appreciate this info). Thank you to Joshua at the front desk who facilitated a check in and check out. Wonderful place to stay for a weekend in Chicago.

My husband and I did a last minute getaway for the night..we were welcomed back with so much kindness! Mayte Martinez paid attention to every detail, remembering us from a previous stay…Our room had a beautiful view on the 7th floor..comfortable bed and large walk in shower with every amenity…Yessenia and Ernest were so welcoming as well! The Sable is amazing..for so many reasons..but Mayte sets the bar high with her exemplary customer service and kindness! Thank you!💜
