Love it and it's my favorite spot to book in Chicago!!
I come to Chicago every October for a conference. The food is fantastic. The wait staff (Jimmy and his crew!) are always amazing, friendly, kind and very attentive. Tea and coffee service is great. The bed is like literally... AHHHHMAZING. In fact, I had a friend who couldn't attend this year, and she texted me to ask me to lift the bed to see what type of mattress it is. The location is fantastic to the Magnificent Mile and lots of great shopping and dining. Go to Lou Malnatis for pizza!! Room views are also amazing. Hotel includes shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion all included in non-travel sizes affixed to the wall. Stand up shower and bathtub included. Great bathroom lighting. Just overall a great property! Oh, and a bluetooth speaker so you can hook up your phone to play on the speaker!! Well done, as always, Sofitel!!

Excellent hotel
We have stayed at several downtown Chicago locations and this hotel has become our favorite for location, service and room comfort. The hotel was within short walking distance to Michigan Avenue and excellent restaurants. The 2 queen room was very spacious with very comfortable beds and pillows. My husband has a bad back and he thought the beds were wonderful. The people at reception were fantastic and aimed to please. Highly recommend!

Favorite hotel anywhere!
LOVE Sofitel Chicago. Everything about it. I never stay anywhere else. Huge shot out to Osbaldo, the long time concierge. He is so helpful and kind! The rooms are big, the gym is great, location is perfect. *****
