Sofitel Chicago Magnificent Mile

I was in Chicago on a work trip and needed somewhere to go to for a quick bite. It was so cold I ducked into the Sofitel for a bit. The concierge, Alem, directed me to their breakfast and lunch restaurant. He explained that it was restaurant week, which I did not know, and that CDA had a special menu for the week. I especially loved the salmon sampler. The service was great, the food was amazing, and Alem even came to check on me. He also gave me a fantastic tour of the lobby, public areas, and even showed me a “show” room. These rooms are amazing, the views were majestic and the vibe was quaint. The next time I come to Chicago, I have instructed my colleagues that I have to stay at the Sofitel for the location and the experience. Thank you Alem!

I stayed at the Sofitel Chicago Magnificent Mile this week and had a really great experience. From check-in to check-out, everything went very well. I want to especially thank Osiris at the front desk. My English is not very good, and she was very patient and helpful. She helped me understand everything and answered all my questions. She also told me when she would be working in case I needed help, and she was always there when I asked something. She made me feel very comfortable. I upgraded my room and it was totally worth it. The view was beautiful and the price was good. I traveled with my baby and needed a crib, and they brought it to the room very fast. The staff was kind and helpful. The room was clean, the view was amazing, and I enjoyed using the gym during my stay. Overall, I had a very nice experience and I will definitely come back. I have an anniversary coming soon and I plan to stay here again when I return to Chicago. Thank you for a great stay.

Concierge Alem Sapp made our stay for my sister’s birthday magical! Sofitel is our favorite place to stay in the city for our little staycation! Sofitel is close to everything in the city, with clean and spacious room. But recent experience made me love Sofitel even more with Alem’s help! He is so friendly, helpful, and he truly cares about each and every guests with warm heart! Thank you so much again Alem for all your help.

We've now stayed at the Sofitel Chicago twice and really enjoy it. Perfect location and the rooms are top quality along with the breakfast. Our daughter just had a baby at Northwestern Memorial Hospital and you can walk there in 10 minutes. All the staff are very friendly and go out of their way to help you. We were also able to walk to LIfeTime Fitness in 5 minutes. We also like the international flavor.

They lie about how much it’s going to cost. They didn’t mention the extra $25 that a one day visit cost. I don’t like surprises and I don’t like being lied to. The manager was rude about it, like I should have known.
