Sofitel Chicago Magnificent Mile

Overall we really enjoyed our stay at the Sofitel. The staff were outstanding in their helpful, friendly and proactive responses. From the front desk, to the concierge, waiting staff and housekeeping, all were wonderful. The location of the hotel is great, walkable to the beach and pretty much anything else you want to do. The room was good, comfortable and a reasonable size for a large city. The only reason for 4 rather than 5 stars was the a/c which we did not find cold enough overnight. The duvet was perhaps a little thick for the warm summer nights also. Otherwise, a great stay.

For our 35th anniversary and my 70th birthday, We stayed at Sofitel in Chicago. Beautiful hotel and rooms, great location, great food, great service! And a great value. Everybody was so nice and accommodating. Special shout out to Ghulam, who was terrific in helping us with our room. We are a 5 star hotel travelers, I highly recommend you give this hotel a try! I have been here twice and loved it both times. The staff is great. The location is perfect. Breakfast is wonderful.

Get a suite, the one the comes to a point, love the service, real room service and s great little bar on the 2st floor
