I had a room reservation for a particular type of room. I arrived after 7:00pm on a Saturday (check in time starts at 3:00pm). I was told my room wasn't ready and I'd need to wait one more hour OR I could pay an $80 upgrade room fee and have a room available immediately. This is the wrong way to do business.

Perfect business stay
Excellent location with a local vibe and at a walkable distance to most sites. Full breakfast and after work happy hour also excellent. Super friendly and elegant staff. Will definitely be back.

Excellent stay. Phillip at the bar had such good hospitality and really added to the overall atmosphere and accommodation. Felt like staying at home. Will definitely be back.
