Sofitel Chicago Magnificent Mile

First of all : You'll have plenty of space. Then you'll sleep in a amazing bed, with super high quality sheets and everything looks spotless clean. I must also say that rooms need to be refreshed, because you can already see the impacts of time in them. Service is good, Nespresso Machines in the rooms, and don't pay extra for a "luxury room"like I did. They are exactly the same as the standard rooms, only on a higher floor. GYM is super nice and clean and the hotel is locatedi in a great area to take a walk.

Great hotel and even better service! The valet team was excellent—they had our car loaded and ready to go right as we came out, making our exit completely stress-free in the morning. Highly recommend! Happy New Year!

Short stay at the Sofitel - Chicago was a delight. Beautiful restaurant with great food, lobby and rooms. New linens and towels. Comfortable bed. Right in the midst of Mag Mile. Lots to do and see. Will come again.

Used to be a great hotel for me until being woken up at night about possible smoking in my room, was told someone would come up and look through my room. That was at 11:30 pm and I was by myself, so that really scared me. Well, no one came and the next am the manager said guest lie a lot about smoking. I have never smoked or vaped or anything. So I guess I will not return unfortunately. All other staff was nice, but just shows how someone can really ruin your trip. My anxiety was through the roof thinking of being by myself in the room at close to midnight, but I guess no one showed up anyways or even informed me that no one was coming after all.

Fantatstic stay on Sofitel Chicago. nice position and very nice hotel.the bar are nice and the service too.
