High value at a reasonable price
Nice room, free 2 water every day, good breakfast -- and free somehow, gym is good as well, worth the money.

Perfect Location
When you need to travel for business but want to sneak in a little shopping (after all all work and no play...) the Sofitel is situated exactly where you want to be. Rooms are lovely; ely and spacious with a desk meant for work. Great marble bathroom. Ask for a high floor to capture that great Chicago view. After work relax in their lounge with happens to be quite cool with a menu if you feel like staying in. Oh and did I mention it's 2 blocks from the famed Michigan Avenue for shopping.. Can't wait to return

Clean rooms
Rooms are great as is the service! Glenda of housekeeping is terrific. Keeps everything clean and organized. Cleanliness is so important!

good stay in empty Chicago
bad week in Chicago given poor weather but the stay Sofitel brightened my stay. front desk and concierge were very friendly and helpful. Room on upper floor was perfect with good turndown service.
