Thompson Chicago

I had a wonderful stay at the Thompson Hotel in Chicago. The hotel is in a fantastic, central location, with great shops and amazing restaurants just steps away. What truly made my stay exceptional was the outstanding service. Ahmad and Myron went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Their warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail made me feel especially welcome and made my experience even more memorable. Overall, I highly recommend staying here. Between the excellent location, beautiful hotel, and exceptional service, it was a fantastic experience. I will definitely be back on my next visit to Chicago.

Was here for a work conference for a couple days. The view from my room on the 13th floor (yes, they have a 13th floor here) was phenomenal. The staff was extremely helpful and the food was fantastic. The breakfast was really really good specifically!

Amazing hotel with an incredible staff! Ody at the front desk was especially wonderful. She was so helpful, welcoming, and genuinely went above and beyond to make our stay even more enjoyable. The entire experience was fantastic, and we would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

From the second we walked in we were greeted by the nicest people including Myron, Ahmad and Ody at the bell stand and front desk. It was such a pleasant surprise as I feel like customer service is no longer alive in today’s world. They could not have been nicer or more helpful for our entire stay and departure. Thank you guys for making our time there so amazing.
