Top view, top service
I visited with a colleague and was interested in seeing the view and the venue for a business event. Alex went out of his way to show us around, took us to the Ballroom, the top floor, bar and restaurant. It was an amazing view. He was so proud of the newly renovated hotel and gave excellent service - highly recommend the tower & restaurant with magnificent service and an unforgettable view.

BEST. HOTEL. STAY. EVER.
I recently stayed over at Trump Hotel in downtown Chicago and it was THE BEST STAY EVER!! First impressions are everything and they did NOT disappoint! From check in with valet, to the front desk and all the way through to housekeeping, everyone was SO accommodating! I had 5 kids with me and they were amazed at how everything was. Also, anyone going MUST ask for Pablo!! He did magic tricks and told jokes and made the kids all feel right at home. He assured us if we needed anything to just ask. If/when we called down for extra pillows or towels they always delivered them right away. We were also in the pool multiple times and it was so warm and clean! We also ordered room service and the food was beautifully presented and so delicious! If anyone is looking for an overnight stay that combines luxury with fun and wonderful service, Trump Hotel Chicago is the place for you! And remember, it is a great place for adults, but it is also kid friendly! Thank you to the entire staff for going above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable! We can't wait to go back!
