Our kids loved it!
Our guest relations agent Luna tewolde was so sweet to our kids. From the time we checked in, everytime we saw her and at check out she help make our stay enjoyable with small treats and a warm welcome!

Low quality
Terrible experience at this hotel. From the messy check in to the room. The ac was so noisy. I point it out. The maintenance arrived but nothing. I wasted so much time on it. Until I had to ask to change room. They were not helpful.

Greatest experience!
The manager Kamila at Sixteen was beyond exceptional. Her kindness and hospitality were beyond five star. She helped me accommodate a last minute business meeting in a private area today, with the best top tier service. I hope Kamila gets recognized for her kindness and professionalism.

Outstanding Experience
From the moment I checked in until the moment I left, everything about my stay was perfect. The service was truly exceptional. Pablo, who took care of my bags, was professional and welcoming. Tim, the Head Doorman, made every arrival and departure smooth and friendly. And a special thanks to Henry, who did a final room check and found something I had accidentally left behind—I'm so grateful! Every staff member I encountered made me feel genuinely valued. I will definitely stay at this hotel again. Highly recommended!

Trump Wedding Experience
My husband and I got married in the Grand Ballroom at Trump International Chicago just over a week ago. The coordinating staff (specifically Lanisa and Audrey) were very helpful leading up through the day of the event. The catering and bar staff were exceptional. Our guests were just as impressed as we were. We own a unit in the tower so we will be returning regularly to visit. Highly recommend staying (or getting married!) at Trump Chicago.
