Not worth it.
Location is excelent, service is very good. All of the staff are nice. But I EXPECTED A LOT MORE. The room is ok but noise and nothing special. The sofa bed of the room is not good at all. You can listen all the street noise so for someone that is not used to this, it will not be easy to sleep. For the price of the hotel, I wouldnt recommend. The parking is SUPER EXPENSIVE and doesnt work. I had troubles going in and out everyday as the parking ticket was suppossed to work for the whole time of your stay and it only works for one time of use. So you have to loose your time going to the front desk and requesting to be validated every time you come back to the hotel. They are also not friendly when you are trying to use the parking ticket that was supposed to work and it doesnt. Also there is no room or space for a meeting if you dont book in advance. The business center is really small and if you have already someone there in a meeting you wont be able to use it at the same time. Everything very expensive and really nothing special to make you feel that paying more was worth it.

Better than NYC
I like this Trump Tower more than the one in the NYC. The building is in harmony with the river and other skyscrapers in the area.

The best hotel in Chicago very very clean. we had blessed weekend. The kids had so much fun. Thanks for everyone who works there you guys are amazing god bless you all. We will b back again.
