nothing special
the hotel is very well located...the rooms need a refresh, the door in our bathroom was falling off the rails and just a general appearance of needing some love. Breakfast was very good but at times very slow considering we were there very early and the only ones or just a few tables. Hotel staff was cold..front desk just did the basics but I had to ask about basic information, where is breakfast , wifi etc..also doormen and porters just not friendly. waiters at breakfast were friendly. All in all would not go back..last year stayed at the. Park Hyatt and its another league

Best in the Windy City
Great Hotel, central, everything you would expect from a 5 star hotel, my first choice if I was returning. Rooms were spacious, immaculate, clean , great views, great friendly staff. Bar and restaurant were excellent, I'd give Trump my Nr 1.

Amazing from the time we stepped up to meet Allison at the front desk!
We had the most wonderful weekend experience. The suite was enormous and the service from Allison, Andrew, Gabriel and Pablo (both managers) was superb. First class experience. The 1 1/2 baths was a wonderful bonus for that added privacy. The living room was larger than most chicago downtown apartment living rooms and was perfectly laid out. The view of the river from the bedroom was great also. Thanks to the staff for making this such a special weekend for us who live in the northern burbs and our family from Europe. We shall be back. Also the welcome taste of champagne and towels were small little details that put this hotel in the category it deserves.
