We came to Chicago for Lollapalooza, and it turned out to be the best weekend of our lives! The hotel was amazing, and everything exceeded our expectations. A huge shoutout to our server, Franklin, for making our stay even more special excellent service and always a smile. Thank you to the entire hotel team for making this trip so memorable. Exceptional Experience in Every Aspect
Service was exceptional from the moment we valet and every staff member we passed greeting us. We came for the view, food and highly recommended by a dear friend. The service was top tier and Alejandro, Stefania, Emanuel (valet) went above and beyond during our dinning experience. Come for the view, food and drinks and leave with a remarkable experience that cannot be taught and it speaks highly of the leadership at the top. Perfect for a parents nights out after a busy week with prime location.
