Rising high over Michigan Avenue, Trump Hotel Chicago has few competitors. The building, which also houses condominiums, is the 16th tallest in the world and the fourth tallest in the United States. That equates to unbeatable views of Lake Michigan and the Chicago skyline from hotel rooms with floor-to-ceiling windows, glossy dark woods and cool Italian Bellino linens. Its location in the River North Gallery District puts guests within walking distance of dozens of art galleries, but the best dinner option is on the hotel’s 16th floor: Chef Thomas Lents’s two Michelin-starred restaurant Sixteen serves innovative seasonal fare in the shadow of the Wrigley Clock Tower.

Alejandro was on point. What a great place to celebrate 64 laps around the sun. Food was as perfect as was my beautiful wife. Thanks DJT for a great view and a great restaurant.

Probably the greatest massages we have ever had. My hubby and I both were blown away by the skill and the care of everyone at the spa. Must go!!! We are so thankful. ❤️ The Browns

Alexandro was great! Super attentive, very helpful recommendations within the menu, and provided an overall amazing experience! 10/10 would recommend.

I made an account just to leave a review because in no universe is this hotel worth $1,000+ a night. The curtains were decrepit and ragged, and clearly have not been replaced in over ten years. Light switches are instead buttons that need to be pressed one or two times (depending on the switch) to toggle. Since there was only one bed in the room and three people, I slept on the couch bed, which didn't come out all the way and forced me to sleep on essentially a "V" shaped bed, hurting my back immensely (and I'm a young guy!). To top it all off, when I was using the "business center," which is two monitors and a printer, a pair of massive security guards came in and told me I had to immediately leave the hotel, and only relented when I showed them my keycard (which I luckily had, else who knows where I would have slept that night while wasting $1,000) and verified the name of my room. When I asked why they came, it was apparently because while I was talking on the phone and walking around that floor, which was composed entirely of empty conference rooms, I looked like a "suspicious" person even though I'm a 19 year old, pale Asian college student. I would rather sleep on the streets than ever come back here again.
