We recently hosted our wedding celebration dinner in the River Room at Terrace 16, and the experience was flawless from start to finish. A huge thank you to Ania, who made the planning process so smooth. From our initial communication, she was incredibly organized and helpful as we decided on the perfect package and menu. The event itself was incredible. The food was delicious and the portions were surprisingly large, we even went home with plenty of extras! The bartenders and waitstaff were professional, accommodating, and made sure all of our guests were well taken care of. If you are looking for a venue that offers great communication, organization, and top-tier food, I highly recommend Terrace 16. I couldn't be more pleased with how our special night turned out

Our friends and their children truly savored every moment of the luxurious experiences - from our suite's breathtaking panorama view of the cityscape, swimming into serenity of warm pool with city view, indulge in the bliss of in-room dining with exquisite menu options, and savoring brunch at Terrace 16 topped with a delightful s’mores experience - showcasing that this is a premier destination for any event. The Trump Tower Chicago branding shone brightly as the boys couldn't stop raving about their incredible experience.

Spent 7 nights over Christmas in a Grand Deluxe Suite.Incredible views with lots of space.Restaurant for breakfast was a delight as to the spar.My wife had an amazing facial and also used the hair salon services which she raved about.What makes this hotel special is the staff.Everyone was so kind and personable.It felt like you were visiting friends.A special mention to Pablo who excelled in his position ironing out any problems should they arise. We will be booking for next year as after our experience we believe it to be world class.

Got a great deal here after booking earlier in the year. I was offered a reasonably priced upgrade at reception to a river view room on the 25th floor which was so worth it and the panoramic view from there along the river and out to the lake was amazing. I have always wanted to stay here after visiting Chicago many times before and it exceeded all my expectations which were already quite high! The staff and service are truly exceptional and every detail is catered for. Highly recommended.

Our stay was very memorable. The level of hospitality in this hotel is phenomenal. The hotel was very clean, the room was spacious and the amenities are amazing. Everyone we got in contact with was genuinely friendly and accommodating. This is our go to hotel for our special occasions.
