We Didn’t Expect Hospitality Like This in Chicago
We celebrated parents’ 40th anniversary here and it exceeded every expectation. From the moment we walked in, the hospitality was unlike anything we’ve experienced at a restaurant in Chicago - warm, attentive, and genuinely gracious. Our waiter Alex was absolutely phenomenal. He made the evening feel special without being over the top - attentive, knowledgeable, and just a pleasure to be served by. The food was excellent, the atmosphere was beautiful, and everything was spotless. If you’re looking for a place to celebrate something meaningful, this is it.

The Atmosphere was incredible. The service was exceptional, with Antony going above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. He’s well-cultured and mindful approach made us feel like royalty.

Excellent Stay
We decided to visit Chicago for 4 days. Upon arrival at the hotel, we were treated very warmly (sincerely) by all the staff we encountered. Mihai welcomed us upon check-in and made us feel special right away. Everything about our stay was just excellent. As part of a spring promotion, we were upgraded to a very nice suite with a view. Room and furnishings were great. Hotel location is excellent as my wife and I enjoy walking in downtown Chicago. I recommend this hotel highly for a great experience.

Trump Chicago Hotel for Dr. Berger RUSH full knee replacement surgery
The Trump Hotel Chicago made my surgical visit, to Chicago RUSH for knee replacement surgery, absolutely perfect. Specially, Pete, who ran the Trump Hotel motor pool, went above and beyond to find a CVS where critical meds were available to me WAY after hours….I will only stay here for all future visits and that is a direct result of Pete’s service and hospitality.
