We had an amazing evening with our friends! From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect—the atmosphere, the delicious food, and the outstanding service. Incredible experience in trump tower
We visited to celebrate my son’s birthday with our family. Unfortunately, our first server, Richi, was very rude and dismissive, which made our experience disappointing at the beginning. We spoke with the manager, Camila, and she handled the situation professionally by assigning us a different server. Frankie took care of our table, and the difference was incredible. He was attentive, friendly, professional, and genuinely made us feel welcome throughout our meal. Thanks to Frankie and Camila, our celebration turned into a wonderful experience. They truly know what great hospitality is and clearly love what they do. We really appreciate their outstanding service and will definitely be back.
