Lovely experience
What a lovely hotel that was incredibly convenient to seeing things like The Cloudgate and the Lake Front. The rooms were especially cozy. All of the staff was friendly but Chad really went above and beyond with his recommendations and customer service!

An amazing weekend stay at Virgin Hotel!
My girlfriend and I stayed at the Virgin Hotel for a weekend, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish. The vibe of the place is fun, modern, and welcoming, everything you’d want for a night in the city. It’s also by everything downtown for shows, museums, or anything. We came to stay close to see the Tom Morrello musical at the Goodman/ A huge shoutout to Chad at the concierge desk, he went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. He gave us excellent recommendations for spots to eat and hang out, and his friendly, genuine energy made us feel right at home. More hotels need people like him at the front desk, he’s the kind of person who sets the tone for a great stay the moment you walk in and find yourself lost in a city. Between the stylish rooms, great atmosphere, and outstanding staff, this was easily one of the best hotel experiences we’ve had in Chicago. We’d love to be come for another weekend get away!

Lackluster Experience
Average experience at best ...massively underwhelmed. We thankful booked the Chamber King Suite - cute room. If I had my druthers would have stayed at the Chicago Athletic Club a short jaunt away .....

Great hotel in great location
Excellent hotel stay in Chicago. Bright spacious rooms, lots of amenities. Great location with lots within walking distance. Excellent customer service throughout, particularly from Chad at reception who went above and beyond to make our stay in Chicago as easy as possible.

Drinks and service.
While I was not a guest at the hotel itself. I did happen to stumble across a very kind and compassionate bartender. His name is David and he was such a delight to talk to. Highly recommend him if you’re visiting the area.
