Weekend trip
It was ok. The staff was very friendly and hotel was clean. We had a nice view but the room only had one robe, coffee...but thats the way they get you to go to the coffee shop or use their room service.

You'll be sorry if you don't stay here
WOW! The building itself is gorgeous. Check-in was, quick, easy. Jordan made us feel welcome and was kind enough to gift me his pin ❤️. Beautifully decorated throughout. The roo.s are clean, comfortable and spacious. The neighborhood is safe and you can't beat the location. Rooftop bar has tasty food, drinks and a view and atmosphere that is amazing! A 5 min walk to the Art Institute and 10 min to Millenium Park. I will stay here again on my next visit to Chicago. So should you.

Total Rip off
Broken blinds, Bugs on bed, room not really *clean*. Overpriced minibar, inattentive chaotic staff, LOUD club music on Fri/Sat evenings (vibrating room and no sleep for some). 1PLY toilet paper. Just ugh all around

What a beautiful hotel with an even more beautiful staff! Super conveniently located to many Chicago art spaces and venues. Their lovely concierge Chad was such a pro at recommendations and so helpful on navigating the must go and “do not go” spots in Chicago. Not my first time in Chicago, but definitely felt like a local with all his help!

A+ experience all the way around Highlight was the center bar! David was exceptional, kind, outgoing and knowledgeable. Great hospitality with great beverages. A++ will definitely be back! Our stay was excellent in every way. 100% will be back
