Great hotel, Best Staff
The stay was amazing and the hotel is immaculate but what makes us want to come back more than anything is the staff! Most notably Deandre. He was very attentive and so helpful, I’ve never met a “more on top of it” worker.

Great guest experience.
I had a great stay at the hotel. I truly appreciate Deandre’s hospitality and help with making sure my husband and I got transportation to the airport. And he packed up the taxi since it was raining. Superb!

Rooms
Nice Big rooms and bathrooms, but small beds. Constant noisy trains, and I wouldn’t use earplugs—deserves a better review.

The rooms are very well designed and decorated.
We were super lucky to travel to Lollapalooza three years in row. The music festival was amazing. We stayed at Virgin Hotel in Chicago 3 years in a row. It is probably the best hotel for the money. Super clean, super friendly, and super close to everything. Next time you are traveling to Chicago, check out our favorite hotel. Make sure you check out the second floor while waiting to check in. Don't worry if you packed your whole closet, because Deandre will help you get every bag to your room in a flash..........I really mean it.......Deandre was like a Ninja. See you next year! JooJoo
