Exceptional Service and Genuine Care
Our stay at the Waldorf Astoria Chicago was outstanding from start to finish. Tamas and his team offered a level of service that felt personal without ever being intrusive. Every interaction was thoughtful and intentional, and the staff seemed to anticipate what we needed before we asked. Traveling with our seven-month-old daughter, we were grateful for the team’s care and attention. They helped us look for her lost sock, remembered our names, and made every effort to make our stay easy and enjoyable. After checkout, they even loaded our car so we could spend a few extra hours exploring the city without worrying about our luggage. The amenities were excellent, and the massage I received was one of the best I’ve had. What stood out most, though, was the genuine kindness of everyone we encountered. It’s rare to find a hotel where the atmosphere feels both elegant and human. We’ll return on our next visit to Chicago.

All of the services and the room were up to standard Waldorf quality. Shout out to our server at the restaurant (forgot his name…but he was so kind and had a super sick long braid) and also to Luis our incredible house car driver!

Location and property were very good. Staff was excellent. Valet area in particular. House car driver Luis really helped take the stress out of getting round Chicago

Very timely and friendly driver experience at the Waldorf Astoria. The house car driven by Luis got us to nearby restaurants and activities very easily and offered us great recommendations in the city along the way!

Luis is the best ever!
Luis was 11/10 amazing! So nice and accommodating. Truly first class service. Feel lucky to have met him. Definitely will request him to help drive us around again, if possible.
