Great stay at the Whitehall
Just got home from a 6 day stay at the Whitehall. The hotel itself is located in a great spot. Walking distance to all the attractions! Across the street from the 360 Building! It is dated but also historical so that is understandable. Hotel is clean, rooms are comfortable. Staff are very attentive and service was excellent! The shower needs some improvement, we were on the 15th floor so that may have played into the very low water pressure. The breakfast was decent. The Kirei restaurant at the hotel is Asian, Sushi, the pizza excellent. Want to give a special recognition shout out to Miss Cheryl and Hassan at the front desk! They were both exceptional, helpful, went out of their way to make us feel comfortable, helped with attractions to see, where to go and eat!! They were both awesome staff…all the staff from room attendants to the restaurant staff were pleasant, nice, personable. Definitely would stay again! Thanks for a great week and vacation! Highly recommend for families
Really lovely hotel, spacious room, great location and friendly staff. We arrived at the hotel earlier than check in but after an 8 hour flight our room was ready to go which was great. The kids loved the breakfast included in the morning. There was something gif everyone and the coffee/tea was lovely.

NICE TIME
Very nice and we enjoyed everything there. Great location and staff. Cheryl at the front desk is one of a kind. Very helpful and friendly. She loves her job. Highly recommended.

My husband and I had the pleasure of staying at The Whitehall Hotel in March. The property is lovely with an Old World charm, and the food is wonderful. We were treated well by every employee, from the desk clerks to the waiters. We have already booked another weekend and cannot wait to return!.
