It was a pleasant stay. Suma, baby care taker showed exceptional patience, warmth, and attentiveness. She quickly formed a loving bond with our little one, and felt confident and at ease knowing our child was in such capable hands.

Great experience. Must mention the quality of staff - they really look out for the guests. In our case, we went through a couple of date changes - post reservation. While the policy is quite strict in cancellations, the staff, in particular Geetha from the BLR office, made every possible effort to accomodate our request. Hats off to her... The property itself, while good...can do with some upgrade. The taps, sinks, floor look 'well used'. The mgmt would do well to make the guests feel 'value for money'.. Still, time well spent. Happy.

The stay in resort was relaxing and enjoyable,, the staff were so well mannered and helpful, food was good,, service at restaurant was perfect ,,,specially we are impressed with staff suma at kids play area very friendly and helpful attitude,,, she made our day,, our kids were so friendly with her,,,everything was top notch!
