Beautiful relaxing nature and plantation stay
Rooms have great views and nicely set up to feel you are not enclosed but in natural setting of the estate. Very good quality of food and service. Lots to explore within the resort. Moderately kid friendly as I think there could be better infant related service (like food, seating, and space options) since the price of the resort that is comparable or significantly more than many world wide luxury resorts and hotels I have experienced, I expected similar or better facilities for my infant baby. Overall the place is very enjoyable and gives you refreshed feeling if you love nature. The outdoor jacuzzi in our room added a special experience at night with the family. I want add a special mention to Chef Mahadev who really took care of our baby food needs and provided personal attention in later part of our stay. Other staff mentions who took special are the ladies at front desk who took care of our baby at the kids zone to cover for limited staffing at the kids zone area when we needed.

We had a wonderful stay at Serai Chikmagalur! The property is beautiful, peaceful, and surrounded by nature, making it a perfect getaway for families. The rooms, food, and hospitality were all excellent. A special thanks to Suma from the kids' play area. She was incredibly caring, patient, and engaging with the children. She kept them entertained with a variety of fun games and activities, ensuring they had an amazing time while we could relax. Her warmth, enthusiasm, and genuine care made a big difference to our experience. Thank you, Suma, and the entire Serai team, for making our stay so memorable. We look forward to visiting again!

Awesome Stay
I I truly enjoyed my stay here with my toddler. The hospitality was excellent, and every single staff member took great care of us, including Razaq, Yuvak, Hari, and Sumi, among many others who were also fantastic. My child absolutely loved the playroom facility, and Sumi kept her engaged in all the activities. The food was also excellent. The rooms and the jacuzzi were truly wonderful, and we thoroughly enjoyed the jacuzzi.
