Serai just stands out in all the aspects - customer service, food, atmosphere, cleanliness you name and they have it.
It was a great feeling for my son to be entertained for couple of hours with a smile and intention to teach few things Great atmosphere and customer service at the play area and at seari on the whole. Suma deserves to be specially recognised for her dedication and understanding while communicating with guests.

Wonderful stay at Serai, Chikmagalur
Spent 4 days in The Serai, Chikmagalur and it was wonderful in all ways. The property is surrounded with coffee estate and beautiful trees. The nature walks around the estate were relaxing with the weather being pleasant even in May. The staff (front office, F&B) were all very caring and friendly and made us feel very warm and welcome. The food was great and they were ready to customise it as per our and children’s preferences. We got a spa treatment done and it was refreshing and rejuvenating. The best part of it all was the kids play area and a person (Suma) designated to keep the kids busy with wonderful games and activities. She was warm, kind and trustworthy and our children loved spending time with her. Overall, we have come back relaxed and feeling happy about our stay there!

AMAZING SERAI
Hi all , Our recent stay in ckikammagalur Serai … was really good .,, excellent service from team Serai .. staff was polite and humble … specially in the kids section .. I would like to appreciate Mrs Suma … my child stayed there for a duration of almost 3 hours continuously .. and was not ready to move from there .,. Mrs Suma made her feel so comfortable and took good care for .., and the quality of the food is also good … we really relished each dish …. V nice memorable experience in Serai … Thanks team SERAI
