Relaxing and kids-friendly resort
We had a great time at Serai. The ambience, food, hospitality - all were so relaxing. Indhu at the front desk and Suma from the kids room were super friendly with our kid. Suma also kept my kid engaged while we explored the other resort activities. Hope to visit again soon :)

Bliss at Chikmagalur - Serai
Excellent stay in beautifully designed villas with outstanding food. A special shoutout to Suma in the play area—her quick thinking and gentle nature were truly commendable. My daughter became so attached to her that Suma was the highlight of our trip. Thank you!

Amazing experience for kids and family
Very nice property with coffee plantation every where . A lot of explore inside the resort . Food is top notch . Desserts are well balanced with sweetness . There is a kids caretaker Suma who gels up very nicely with the kid . This helped us to explore a lot and have good times . Kid was also happy with the games and facilities. Hospitality is top notch . Only suggestion would be to maintain the water bodies a bit better. So that we get the entire look and feel of the resort it is meant to be .

A Happy Place for Kids
We had a wonderful stay at The Serai, Chikmagalore, and one of the highlights was the kids’ play room. A special thanks to Suma madam for her care, warmth, and attention. She made the space very welcoming, and the kids were truly happy and enjoyed their time there. Her friendly nature and dedication are highly appreciated.
