A lively experience
Had a great time,our stay was calm and relaxing.nestled in the hills inside a coffee plantation,the resort is calm and secluded.the rooms are spacious and comfortable.the staff were very helpful and cooperative

Luxury stay at it’s best !
My experience in serai Chikmagalur has been great ! We had gone for an office workshop , and had a great time in the resort. Chef Anil Kumar and chef Sadik served us fresh and delicious food everyday, their hospitality has been great. The variety of food was vast with enough and more food options for both Veg and Non Veg people. Service of food whenever requested was on time and always served with a smile by Raghavender. Would definitely recommended serai for family , business or leisure stay.

It was a wonderful stay at serai ...the staff was very very cooperative and helpful ...the atmosphere and rooms are very comfortable ...beautiful place to spend time with your loved ones ...i would specially than Asma Banu and Uday they were very helpful and loving also Guffran who made sure we were well fed in the restaurant and also packed food for the go...Thank you so much for everything

Location of the property is very good as it is near to the city and in the midst of so many attractions. Rooms are luxurious with ample space and well maintained Breakfast was very good with lot of tasty south indian dishes Lunch was average Staff were excellent and their suggestions regarding nearby attractions was really helpful and informative
