Wonderful and well maintained resort
We had a wonderful stay at The Serai Resort. Everything was excellent, from the beautiful surroundings and comfortable stay to the delicious food. A special thanks to Gufran, Anil, and Indu for their warm hospitality and excellent service. They were very kind and attentive, and they made our stay and dining experience even more enjoyable. We truly enjoyed our time at The Serai and would be happy to visit again.

Cherished stay at Serai Chikmagalur
The resort is located away from the bustle of the Chikmagalur town shrouded in thick coffee plantation. The villa with the private pool is complete with privacy and serene atmosphere. The room is large with seperated from the wash area and has a unique outdoor cold shower outside the villa. The facility provides value for money spent. The restaurant and the food quality has been top notch. The staff at the front office is always smiling to serve. The staff at the restaurant were friendly and quick to serve the food. The room service was exquisite in fast service, a sincere word of appreciation to the room service staff. The SPA services was good with well trained therapist. A tour of the plantation by the staff member was appreciated by my spouse. Overall, it has been an excellent customer experience of the resort. Kudos to the Serai team.

We have recently visited the serai Chikmagalur! and had an Amazing stay The property location itself beautiful very pleasant greenary coffee estate. the staff i would like to mention Restaurant Wilfred Toichu & from the travel desk reception person yuvaak was very well attentive. His recommendation for near by places to visit was really helpful. Amazing experience we would love to visit again with our family
