We celebrated our anniversary at The Serai Chikmagalur, and it couldn’t have been more perfect! From the warm welcome to the beautifully decorated room, every detail made us feel truly special. A big shoutout to Raghavendra (restaurant executive) and Gurfan, Toichu, Kamble, and Anil from the restaurant team — their service, smiles, and attention to detail made every meal a delight. We had a very good stay in the resort. It’s an amazing place. The staff were very polite especially the interaction with restaurant staff was amazing they were polite, cooperative. Raghavendra was very helpful in understanding our kids requirements and suggested and provide a meal option. I would recommend this place.
