Serai in the rains..
Great experience. Must mention the quality of staff - they really look out for the guests. In our case, we went through a couple of date changes - post reservation. While the policy is quite strict in cancellations, the staff, in particular Geetha from the BLR office, made every possible effort to accomodate our request. Hats off to her... The property itself, while good...can do with some upgrade. The taps, sinks, floor look 'well used'. The mgmt would do well to make the guests feel 'value for money'.. Still, time well spent. Happy.

Perfect family stay
The stay in resort was relaxing and enjoyable,, the staff were so well mannered and helpful, food was good,, service at restaurant was perfect ,,,specially we are impressed with staff suma at kids play area very friendly and helpful attitude,,, she made our day,, our kids were so friendly with her,,,everything was top notch!

Excellent place for a relaxing vacation
Our experience in the Serai Chikmagalur was very good. The food is very delicious. Chef Anil Kumar ensures that all the folks are being taken care of. It was my sons birthday and he made an excellent personalized cake for him. The staff is very courteous as well. A good place for a vacation!
