Special Thanks to Mrs.suma staff of children play Area for her patience and engaging with my child and creating a welcoming atmosphere Evry time my child walked in .! Wonderful place
Over all experience was good with serai the staff and amibeince we like it my daughter liked the play area she enjoyed well with the staff there .. suma was very helpful and friendly to my daughter she enjoyed doing her craft with her overall our experience was wonderful . I had the most wonderful stay at The Serai Chikmagalur – everything about this property reflects luxury, warmth, and perfection. From the moment we arrived, the team made sure every little detail was taken care of, ensuring a seamless and truly memorable experience.
