Overall a memorable trip with visits to Muttodi forest in the evening and mesmerizing Zhari falls and Belavadi temple n
Location of the property is very good as it is near to the city and in the midst of so many attractions. Rooms are luxurious with ample space and well maintained Breakfast was very good with lot of tasty south indian dishes Lunch was average Staff were excellent and their suggestions regarding nearby attractions was really helpful and informative

Still figuring out.
The hotel on the plantation is beautiful. Rooms are big and comfotable. Great concept, but the owners & management need to value the place & communicate and lead such a beautiful place. More staff required and spa requires staffing & communication with the hotel staff. Learn from Evolve Back Coorg a well oiled place!

Had a lovely time at The Serai Chikmagalur
Loved the serenity of the property. it is beautiful & very clean! Appreciate the absolute dedication to maintaining privacy and not disturbing while in the villa. A crib was arranged for our baby and it was in excellent condition. The jacuzzi was the star of our stay & we enjoyed it immensely. The only issue would be the condition of the roads leading to Chikmagalur. Couldn't have asked for a more calmer vacation at this location. would definitely visit again!

Great for families
Pool villa twin room was big spacious, well arranged. Only issue was that the villa was far away from the lobby/dining activity area. Otherwise it was fantastic Suma from Kids play room took care of kids voluntarily and gave us quality time in the resort. Shoutout to Suma for dedication, and kids really enjoyed her company.
