Great stay!
We went to serai for a leisure stay and had the best time! Its got everything you need to unwind and relax! The staff is super friendly and warm. The food is excellent. Breakfast was served fresh and tasty. The property is well maintained and rooms are clean Overall a very good experience!

The serene ambiance and made a birthday celebration with a beautiful décor by Protiva Mukherjee. Every detail was taken care of with such grace, and professionalism and the way Mr. Wilfred balanced friendliness with efficiency left a lasting impression. Great experience
Overall Great Experience We had a great culinary experience at the Serai by Chef Anil Kumar and his team. Special mention to Toichu and Prashun. The taste was above par and the baby food was also good. The recommendations by the chefs here stood out.

Happy stay
We are very happy reguarding our kids,, they were taken care by the staff , especially Suma who takes care of kids in play room is very kids friendly and handles kids very nicely.
