Perfect luxury getaway
The most wonderful stay experience till date. Location, thoughtful design of the property, warm and welcoming staff, delicious food and enough activities to keep you engaged. This property has it all. Chef Anil Kumar ensured that the food was top notch in all kinds of cuisines. Restaurant staff Toichu and Gufran also did a great job ensuring a pleasant dining experience for all meals. Evening coffee tour is also quite informative. A truly great place to immerse yourself in nature!

Our stay at The Serai Chikmagalur was truly a memorable experience for our family. Nestled amidst lush greenery and coffee plantations, the resort offers a perfect blend of luxury, tranquility, and nature. The rooms are spacious, beautifully designed, and extremely comfortable — ideal for a relaxing family getaway. The staff were exceptionally courteous and attentive, always ensuring that our needs were met with a warm smile. We especially loved the serene ambiance, the well-maintained property. The food was delicious with a good spread of options, making dining a delightful experience for the whole family.

Excellent!!
Starting from sylvan surroundings in the middle of a plantation - very well kept and a comfortable place! The staff was also outstanding including the front rest and restaurant staff - especially Raghvendra and others!! We had a very informative nature walk with Pradeep - who had a wealth of information/ knowledge! He was also very helpful whenever we needed any assistance!

Relaxing and kids-friendly resort
We had a great time at Serai. The ambience, food, hospitality - all were so relaxing. Indhu at the front desk and Suma from the kids room were super friendly with our kid. Suma also kept my kid engaged while we explored the other resort activities. Hope to visit again soon :)
