Best resort ever visited🎉💐❤️🫶

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 2 days ago

It was the best resort I have ever visited. The location was so so so good that I can’t tell and atmosphere was cold and very nice before coming. I saw the weather, but it was showing that it’s very cold. I brought so many warm clothes, but there was so much hot. I wore only the cotton clothes. I brought rooms were so good and like everything was antique and the washbasins were so good, first time saw those washbasins was very good very like only there was the sound of the bird service was so good. I have not experience this kind of service in any of the hotels.atmosphere was so good we mostly want to have no spicy food and you did that we do not got no spicy food. in all, we had so good experience, thank you so much. We miss your hotel.❤️❤️🫶🫶

A gem in Malnad

We stayed 2 nights and enjoyed our experience. The location was ideal, being not too far from the highway, yet nested in the embrace of nature and the coffee plantation. The staff were veryattentive in addressing issues and providing services. The food was excellent, with varieties that covered regional, national and international cuisines. The rooms were spacious and well appointed. The design of the bed is unusual and can pose a problem for seniors and for those with mobility issues. Overall, we had a great stay and look forward to staying there again.

Worth an experience but expensive

I visited Serai Chikamagalur in June 2026 with wife and kids for our anniversary. Property is good, serene, staff is courteous, but I would say somewhat inexperienced. Throughout the stay we were told that the buffet breakfast's cold spread would be laid out as always, however the warm items would be made to order due to low occupancy. We understood that the logic was to avoid wastage. Although none of the breakfast menu options were denied to us. On our last night there, a group of around 75 guests held the entire restaurant to hostage at dinner time, which should have been avoided by segregating big groups from the rest of the guests. The spa services were excellent and effective. It was our marriage anniversary and the hotel staff were kind to serve a complimentary cake and also offered us a room upgrade which we politely declined. Plantation walks with Joshna are highly recommended as she is very knowledgeable and a pleasant personality. Villas with private pool are ergonomically challenged as the bed is in the center of the room and the TV is offset from the center of the bed. Extra beds are per person per night basis, and we had to remind that we had paid for 4 persons while booking to be able to avail 2 extra beds for each of the kids. To be honest, price is steep for the experience on offer.
