We have recently visited the serai Chikmagalur! and had an Amazing stay The property location itself beautiful very pleasant greenary coffee estate. the staff i would like to mention Restaurant Wilfred Toichu & from the travel desk reception person yuvaak was very well attentive. His recommendation for near by places to visit was really helpful. Amazing experience we would love to visit again with our family

The stay was really nice. The food quality and taste was appreciable ,but there can be more options in veg and the sevice speed can be improved.Staff was friendly and attentive. The bed and AC in the down stairs was not that great and was uncomfortable. The spa experience was good but the options can be increased. Special thanks for our aniversary dinner arrangements.
