Nos hicieron un masaje profundo Bianca y Yenny, fue espectacular nos dejaron a mi mujer y a mí, como nuevos, muy completo, mereció la pena porque veníamos muy cansados de andar. El hotel está en un entorno natural privilegiado al lado del Río Colca y tienen unas termas que merecen la pena visitar también.

Masajes espectaculares dados por Bianca!! Recomendadisimo para todos aquellos que visiten el Hotel Pueblito magico Aranwa. El entorno y la ubicación de este hotel nos conecta con la naturaleza, y esto se complementa magnifícamente con los masajes de BIANCA. lo recomiendo en un 100 %!!!!!!!

While the hotel is set in a beautify location and is breath-taking, we also suffered the same issue as another traveler in 2024 - theft from our room. In our case, we caught the person red-handed - a hotel house-keeper who we marched to reception. After viewing CCTV, the manager - Ana Sanchez - would not call the police and indeed has stone - walled us ever since. She promised to email us after her investigation was complete (we had to leave to join the rest of our tour) but she never did and despite several emails, she has still not responded to us. The traveller in 2024 is correct - this hotel does not take responsibility for its staff's actions and treats guests appallingly. I would warn anyone being booked into this hotel by their tour company or thinking of booking that this is a hotel that does not actually care - whatever the manger says in her comments on Trip Advisor - do not believe her! We are not out of pocket as insurance will not pay without a police report or hotel confirmation. Either the hotel does not care about theft from guests or is part of the scam. Do not be fooled!

Desde el momento en que llegamos, nos sentimos como en casa por la calidez y atención del equipo. Las instalaciones muy bonitas y el ambiente, tranquilo y acogedor, nos permitió descansar y disfrutar nuestro tiempo de visita. Nos divertimos mucho con las actividades que ofrecen. Sin duda, nos encantaría regresar.
