Melia Cayo Coco is not only the best place in Cuba to stay, It is the best place period! The staff the food, the cleanliness, the beach, everything, just perfect, we could not ask for anything more, our home away from home. We will continue to visit as long as we are capable! If I had a list of all the employees at Melia Cayo Coco, I would list everyone of them as having a positive impact on our holiday. The ones that come to mind are in the Lobby Bar: Jorge, Tamara, Saray, Anelbys, Marcos, Osvaldo, Customer service: Gippsy - does an amazing job along with Yanquiel and Lucy, Snack Bar: Yanelis, Dayan, and the cook, Entertainment: Janaisy, Victor, Yandy, Chino, Gardeners: Rolando, Joel, Jorge, Borge, Buffet: Beatrix, Charles, Omar, Orielys, and Nayma in the restaurant upstairs. I know I have missed a few, and would like to thank everyone we talked to and everyone we interacted with throughout the holiday. Such an amazing place of joy, happiness and very hard workers.

Our 10 day stay was perfect, The room needed some updating but was very clean. The buffet was good but missing variety, was better in 2022, but provisions are not always easy for Hotels in Cuba. The personnel was very helpful and of course the beach was the best! We will be back again.

Excellent location on great beach close to airport. Beach was superb with sufficient palapas and chairs. Staff were plentiful and the best we encountered in Cuba. Buffet area staff could not be better. Hotel was a bit older but well maintained and clean. Food was good. Air conditioning and room amenities all worked well. Upcoming refurb will just make a great hotel even better. High return rates and look forward to next visit.

Another surreal vacation at the extraordinary MCC, an outstanding architectural complex with a monumental lobby building that makes people feel special and comfortable for its functionality and design . The overall feeling is fantastic and well transmitted by the whole staff that provide services to guests with genuine affection and dedication. To summarize the whole experience with one wordi say: AMAZING!!!

Staying in Melia coco was absolutely wonderful experience, first of the resort was wonderful and relaxing as it was an adult only resort, food was very tasty and the rooms was cleaned everyday with ac as well, everything I needed was on the resort and we didn’t need to go out the resort. Secondly the staff was good and they go and beyond in delivering costumer service, they were very friendly and are hostile. Strong points: Staff was very friendly, food was tasty and resort was relaxing. Weak points: Wifi is weak and netflix in rooms is not working
