Good for the price
Great staff. Guys in the lobby and the snack bar are great! Everyone is friendly and patient. They call us family :) Lots of mosquitoes on the other hand!

Beautiful resort, amazing staff
Hotel staff is amazing, especially Chicho and Luis and our bartenders. Always serving us amazing drinks, I love the cappuccinos and the mojitos absolute 10/10. Front desk and guest service was phenomenal, they helped my friend and I get our luggage back super quickly when it got lost during our connection flight, had it back in our room within 24hrs. The walk to the beach is beautiful, about 6 minute walk from the lobby and the water is gorgeous. Wifi is unlimited and free, best connection in the lobby but if your room is close enough to it you’ll get a connection from your room. Parties every night and entertainment staff is always having planned activities. I got a coconut on my first day, delicious coconut, thank you to the gardeners for opening it for me. Keep in mind to listen to your tour guide on the bus when they say that the front desk cannot help you with issues outside of the hotel, if you have any issues with luggage or your plane or anything or the sort try guest service or call your airline from the lobby.

The best option for your holidays
The best option is to spend a happy vacation. my favorite place. my second home. The group of super special workers because they make your days even more pleasant, especially in the lobby bar Lixander Chico, an incredible person, a professional in his work. He delights us with his delicious coffee. very friendly. charismatic without failing to highlight the rest of the guys in the lobby bar 🍸 among them, Alain, a super special waiter, too. Ulises in customer service, do not hesitate to look for him, he is super special. Ariel at the reception is a very professional boss. In summary, this hotel is highly recommended. Do not hesitate, and you will not regret it.Nice and wonderful holidays forever.
