Sercotel Club Cayo Guillermo

Very relaxing atmosphere. Very nice beach. Nice staff. Check in was not pleasant. I was given bungalow in very remote place far away from people. When i discovered that all bungalows around were empty, i was scared and asked other place. Resort was half empty. Food choices were poor. But in spite of this feels so good to be there.

More of a question than a review. I've been to the Starfish Cayo Guillermo in the past, and it is very nice with an absolutely gorgeous beach. I liked it so much, I do plan to return this winter. I am wondering from anybody who has been there recently, what were the sand fleas and no-see-ums like, and what about running out of food, beer, etc.? Did they run out at all? Thanks In advance.

All the pp there r amazing love the beaches planning for another trip in November again Want to go twice a year can’t wait to come back I don’t know what to say I love it there If I could live there I would the entertainment was better in October when I went but it was still good

My experience at this hotel was absolutely fantastic. I stayed in room 64, perfectly located near the beach, the snack bar, and the water sports center. The cleanliness and organization were impeccable, with housekeeping always ensuring a fresh and tidy space. Every day, I returned to a spotless and welcoming room, ready to relax and enjoy paradise. The hotel's atmosphere is incredibly peaceful, and having the beach just steps away made my stay even more special. It’s the perfect place to unwind and take in the beauty of this tropical escape. I'm already planning my next visit—highly recommended! 🌴✨

We had great time and enjoyed everything about this resort. Beautiful flowers all around, great landscape, short walk to the ocean, very clean and beautiful swimming pools close to each other. The staff was incredibly friendly helpful and professional, very good and healthy variety of food at the buffet. Entertainment was above our expectations. They were singers, dancers, live shows every night . Special thanks to Elvis💗 and Eric💗 to keep all guests entertained. My family enjoyed every minute of our stay talking and dancing with young entertainers at the resorts. People were nice, kind and hard working from management to gardeners. Special thanks to housekeepers for maintainimg our room clean every day. Definitely will come back again. Thank you for unforgettable experience 💗!
