A lovely hotel in a really amazing location. The customer service was excellent and helpful. The breakfast was really varied and tasty. The hotel had several restaurants and a tennis court in a most beautiful location. The basketball court was also a big plus and the saunas with pools. It was so wonderful holiday that I have to come here again!

We had the most amazing trip recently, views were incredible and staff went above and beyond. Highly recommend for families. We went board and breakfast and the choices are endless. Their English was very good. The continuity of your likes and dislikes adds to your experience. We travelled by bus and ferry which we found easy to understand and you can purchase your bus tickets from reception. The only thing I would recommend if you plan to be in your apartment in the evening with your children is pick up snacks when out as there isn’t a lot of option on the resort past six o clock. Beautiful hotel and wonderful staff!

Exceptional hotel, we are so happy we chose it and miss it now we’re home! It was so peaceful and calm, it really felt like a retreat. The stunning grounds so immaculately kept, the location, the facilities and the restaurants - all incredible. All credit to the brilliant staff - you can tell they all get on like a family; so warm and caring to their guests, so friendly and attentive. All credit to them. The breakfast was one of my favourite hotel breakfasts I’ve ever had, loose leaf tea, freshly baked cakes, Prosecco, choice of different honeys, fresh bread and lovely fruit. What a treat! We would love to return, it’s such a special place. Grazie.

We can’t recommend the hotel more highly. The staff were exceptional from the concierge to the dining team, warm friendly and welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble. We really appreciated the extra efforts they went to by making a cake and decorating the room for my husband’s 50th birthday! The breakfast buffet was extensive and the food was exquisite. We were very well looked after and would love to return one day!! Thank you for your warm hospitality.

We stayed at this hotel last summer and had a fantastic experience. Excellent facilities, brilliant terrace breakfast, a wide range of sporting activities, beautiful views of the lake and easy to connect to other towns. And most of all - the best hotel staff I've ever experienced - amazingly friendly and go out of their way to help (including doing loads to help prepare surprises for my wife's "big" birthday).
