Parco San Marco Lifestyle Beach Resort

The scenery from the hotel is beautiful. The staff are excellent. They do everything they can to help. All the staff made my wife's birthday feel special. Cristina was particularly helpful and friendly.

We had a great time at the Parco San Marco. Our suite was spacious and everything was very nice. It had a complete kitchen but little kitchenware. Our first night we wanted to enjoy our beautiful terrace with a view of the lake with wine and cheese we had. The kitchen only had 3 waterglasses and a plate. In the morning when we brought it to their attention they provided us with wineglasses, plates, and silverware later that day. However, if we wanted pans and other equipment, we would need to pay, I think, about 99 euros to unlock the cabinet containing them. With all the wonderful restaurants, we had no intention of doing serious cooking so made do with what we had. Two highlights to mention: the breakfasts were marvelous. It was a very extensive buffet plus you could get eggs made to order. Every morning we enjoyed a great breakfast on their beautiful patio with views of the lovely Lake Lugano. We also hired a boat on the property to give us an evening tour of the lake. I can't say enough nice things about Maria who owned and drove the boat. She had extensive knowledge about the lake and could answer every question we asked -- and we asked a lot of questions. Plus she was a very interested person and delightful to be with. For us it was a magical evening.

We had a fantastic stay at Parco San Marco and couldn’t be happier with the experience. The hotel is beautifully located by the lake, with stunning views and peaceful surroundings. The grounds are spacious and immaculately kept, offering everything from relaxing pool areas to a lovely beach and plenty of activities for all ages. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly throughout our stay. From check-in to departure, they went out of their way to make sure we felt welcome and comfortable. The room was clean, well-equipped, and had a beautiful view. We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay and would happily return. Highly recommended for both couples and families looking for a relaxing and high-quality resort experience in a beautiful setting. This will definitely be part of our road-trip 2026

A truly outstanding resort on Lake Lugano, Cima. Superb facilities and helpful staff. Excellent food and drink. Only one observation, the reception staff were great but we did lose a bit on translation ( I totally accept my Italian) was not great. We missed the bus to Menaggio when my wife was given insufficient instructions. Minor point but can I suggest the stops are marked on the maps of the resort that were given. I would highly recommend this resort.

Just returned from our second trip to Parco San Marco & what a week we had! We stayed in the Villa Olivo, which sits right at the top of the resort & what a fabulous place this was, I nearly cried when we were shown in….the view is something else. The Villa was beautiful inside & out & we got our steps in every day walking to it! There was also a sun-trap to the side with loungers, which was frequented most days to take advantage of the good weather! We sat on the balcony every day just soaking up the atmosphere. The resort is beautiful but what makes this place so special is the staff. They can’t do enough for you, their service is second to none. Stand outs for us were Sandra (Parco Bar), Julia (Front of House) & Christina who greeted us every morning at breakfast. They were fantastic & it was lovely to see Sandra & Julia again, as we first met them in 2024. If the weather is good, we’d recommend spending time at Parco beach, right on the lake. It’s amazing, really chilled & sun loungers are plentiful. We had a lovely swim in the lake, which was great! All the restaurants are outstanding & worth a visit however make a reservation especially when it’s busy. Best Crème brûlée I’ve ever had 😋 Thank you for having us, we loved every minute & will definitely be returning in 2026 😍
