21c Museum Hotel Cincinnati

We stayed here for the Cardi B concert. The service is great white guy with blonde hair checked me in. Hector, the supervisor was accommodating as we needed a late check out. He was engaging as we learned about his background. The hotel is nice the museum sections are on the first and second floors. Tony the maintenance guy was pleasant he gave us a few night life selections as we wanted to hang in the local areas outside of downtown. Andrew was everything!!! He made a mean Old Fashion. This is a popular hotel for all the celebrities as we were leaving our hotel we ran into the comedian DL Hughley. The hotel has a lil bit of wear and tear you can see the carpet lining is coming up, tiles are missing on the floor and water damage on the ceiling but it’s good for a couple nights stay. They also have a spa! Normal spa hotel prices. Overall staff were great the food at the restaurant was really good! I’d stay here again.

Our stay at 21c Cincinnati was fantastic once again. This is truly our go‑to hotel whenever we visit Cincinnati. The hotel is perfectly located for exploring and enjoying downtown, and the rooms are comfortable, well‑appointed, and have everything you need for a great stay. The restaurant and bar are inviting, comfortable spaces to dine and unwind. We also highly recommend taking time to wander the property and enjoy the art installations—they are absolutely worth it. The greatest asset of this hotel, however, is the staff. Everyone we encountered was kind, welcoming, and genuinely attentive. They went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional, and it truly made a difference. Thank you so much for another wonderful experience. We look forward to seeing you again the next time we are in Cincinnati.

Great boutique hotel with an art museum. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We were very pleased with the location.

21c Cincinnati is one of those rare hotels that actually lives up to the hype. The rooms are incredibly nice—beautifully designed, comfortable, and thoughtfully appointed in a way that feels special without trying too hard. It’s the kind of place you walk into and immediately relax. The staff struck the perfect balance of personable and professional. Everyone I interacted with was genuinely kind, helpful, and on it, which makes such a difference in how a stay feels. The restaurant and bar are also really wonderful—great atmosphere, great food, and a perfect place to land at the end of the day or start the night. But the thing that truly made this stay memorable: I accidentally left a very special watch in my room after checkout. I was sick about it. The front desk immediately took it seriously, worked quickly to locate it, and made sure it was kept safe until a friend could pick it up for me. That level of honesty and care was completely above and beyond, and I will be forever grateful for how they handled that moment. Beautiful hotel, great food and drinks, and people you can genuinely trust. I will absolutely be back.

We had a wonderful stay at the 21c Hotel. Caleb, at the front desk, made check-in smooth and Jack (also front desk) was our hero for helping to print out our stubborn boarding passes.
