Castelbrando is a medieval castle that has been converted into a hotel with numerous amenities, including a beauty farm where the ancient roman baths once stood. The hotel is located in the Prosecco hills, an hour away from Venice and the Dolomites.

Spacious room with everything you need for a short stay. Small bathroom but more than sufficient remembering that each room is different from the others. Staff were very very helpful. Sadly, no time to utilise the spa but it looks great. Restaurant was lovely. Food, delicious. Some new staff who just need time and maturity but the experienced ones were great. As a whole WOW WOW WOW

We really enjoyed the building BUT…. Half the stuff wasn’t open for kids or at all (no gelato for us!). The beds were the most uncomfortable I’ve ever had the misfortune to sleep in (and I’m not high maintenance - we came from a little B&B that we loved!) and the breakfast was not up to par. The castle is very well worth the visit though!

Came to Castle Brando for a relaxing day trip to the spa with a friend and dinner. We were not even staying on site and can not say enough wonderful things about the staff at the spa, the massage therapists, the hotel staff, the waitstaff at the restaurant and the bar! Was literally treated like family from the second we arrived. The spa facility is immaculate both in ambiance and cleanliness. The bartender was amazingly sweet and made us the most amazing Easter special cocktail. Absolute perfection. Cannot wait to come back to this magical hotel for future trips!

I got to spend Christmas in the Castle as part of a tour I was doing. Just driving up to the Castle was thrilling, as it sits high up and so can be seen for quite a distance. You get to the Castle by a funicular, and then a pretty steep walk to a very grand entrance. My mobility is not great but I managed ok. My room was gorgeous, very much in keeping with the idea of being in a castle. The food was sensational (and plentiful) and the staff were very friendly and helpful. It was the prefect mix of glamour and comfort. A very memorable and special Christmas!

1st We had a tour with the guide and she has given a great information about castel history and followed by the apertivo and dinner. Chef luca has created a wow dinner and his culinary team has done the fantastic dishes. Mariana and her colleagues did the service for the dinner. Both of them has provided top notched service. If you visit castel brando meet chef Luca, and get the service from mariana you will feel so happy and excited. Thank you so much for everything ❤️!
