Sandpearl Resort

Well, it was 5 star until the departure locker room. Nothing as stated by staff - no shampoo, conditioner, body wash or lotion to use prior to departure. Would have brought own if wasn't told otherwise. Sad way to leave a fantastic vacation!! Staff and service were grand tho!

We had a family reunion/birthday at the Sandpearl. The hotel and staff were the very best! In a day where customer service is non-existent, this hotel is supreme!!! The following personnel were outstanding during our stay: Justin (transportation), Kenny (valet), Elaine and Josh (cabana service), and David Kent (towels and cabana set up). We loved hanging around the pool/cabana area and moving about from there. The beach was vast and we saw dolphins playing every morning. The hotel was clean, updated, excellent food/drinks, and our room was large with a beachfront view. This hotel is walkable to many other food options, too. Our family, many not locals, could not believe the experience was so exceptional. Our friends from Georgia saw our pictures and wanted to book at the Sandpearl. We will return! Thank you, Sandpearl, for an unforgettable long weekend!

My daughters and I stay here at the Sandpearl for our annual girls weekend vacation. Everything was fantastic! Check in and check out were super easy. Text messaging kept us updated about our room and made checking out easier. Our room (614) had a great pool and gulf view. It was exceptionally clean and comfortable for 3 (but could fit 4) guests. The Activities desk attendants were so personable and welcoming! They made each guest feel like family! We love the woman who greeted us at the front door each day. She is so sweet and truly makes you feel welcome. The pool was clean and beautiful! The front desk staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and professional! Overall, the Sandpearl is a wonderful place and I highly recommend!

Location atmosphere and rooms were outstanding. Dining was top-notch. Our girls loved the hammock, the beach and the pool. The only complaint was, during the evening when we sat around the fire pit just outside of Tates. The first night it took forever for the server to come and take her drink order. 30 minutes after we had been sitting she asked if we wanted a drink menu and we said yes. It took another 30 minutes for her to come back and take our order. Quite honestly that was only because we stopped a gentleman and asked if we should go to inside the bar and get our own drinks or Should we wait on the server. He then went and told her we were ready to order. We chalked it up to just being busy and so we didn’t think much of it until the next night where the server greeted and served everyone but us around the fire pit. That experience will not prevent us from coming to Sand Pearl again however we know not to try to get drinks from Tates when she’s the server. The hotel itself is truly a gem and we will visit again.

Beautiful facility with an amazing beach. Friendly staff and so clean and welcoming. Renovated coastal feel is so inviting.
