Like staying in a luxury condo

Mediocre service
Rooms were very nice and clean.. staff didn't interact, no concierge to help with things to do . When we tried several times to ask different staff about things to do and suggestions of where to eat. They just rambled off stuff and walked off or said to ask someone else

Paid Taxes and Fees Twice
Rooms were fabulous and although chilly the beach area etc was beautiful. I made reservations through my Amex card and was provided an upgrade at the site. I paid both taxes and site fees for the original reservation as well as for the upgrade so that was a little surprise to be double charge an additional $500 for my stay so won't be going back or if we do will not take advantage of an upgrade that wasn't a deal after all.

When in Clearwater and looking for comfort and convenience this is the place to stay. Excellent Facility, great staff and location.

Got engaged! Couldn’t have picked a better spot!
We got engaged here and the hotel staff was phenomenal in accomodating me and my now fiance. (While another wedding was also happening in the hotel I might add)
