overcrouded. long lines for food, valet, elevators. The elevator noise could be heard in the room all night long.
The hotel was overcrouded, there were lines for all of the restaurants (at least 45 minutes, lines for the valet (30 minutes), loud elevator noise in the room, overpriced for what the staff has to offer. the staff seemed overwhelmed.

Wonderful vacation spot
We had another wonderful vacation here. The staff are accommodating and kind. The views can't be beat. Eating dinner overlooking the ocean and watching the sunset are what vacation is all about. The rooms are comfortable and have ample room. Highly recommend a stay here.
