Absolutely fabulous stay. Gorgeous hotel and staff are outstanding in everyway. Everything about this stay was wonderful. We were on our way to Bonita Springs to see family, but I would come back for a vacation to this hotel. The restaurant was also excellent. We had dinner and breakfast - both were delicious. I splurged on the lobster tails and I would do it again. The best I have had in a long time. Outstanding staff - Nic at the front desk greeted us with a smile and champagne, Zac the evening server in the restaurant was delightful and Andrew(?) in the morning. Eric the operations manager is also extremely service oriented. He made sure to knew he was there if we needed anything. I’m impressed!!! Beach

I have been to Clearwater beach and stayed several times. I was really looking forward to staying at the Hyatt, and it was ok. Perhaps I just had a elevated expectation. The location is great, just right across from the beach and Pier 60 is right there. The room we had, had a small kitchenette which was nice. One thing ALL hotels need to do is to soften the doors so they don't slam shut, this hotel is no different. Everything in Clearwater beach is way overpriced, so there's that. I just didn't find anything at this hotel that stood out to me as special that would make me say that this is the hotel I would have to come back to. It was average in my opinion. The bed killed my back, and the pillows were not great either. Was the place clean, yes, (as it should be) were the workers nice, yes, (as they should be) was the food overpriced at the restaurant, yes. I just am starting to think that there aren't any companies or businesses that have to go the extra mile to provide anything extra, because we have all become conditioned to accept mediocrity. It's an ok hotel, but nothing special, sorry.

I booked a room yesterday, and due to severe weather conditions I requested to cancel. I spoke with your team multiple times, and every representative clearly confirmed that the cancellation would be processed with no fees. Today, I was suddenly told that I would be charged, which is completely unacceptable and contradicts the repeated assurances I received. Additionally, the phone customer service was extremely unprofessional.
