Hyatt Regency Clearwater Beach Resort and Spa

Excellent resort! I recommend friends, family, couples and organizations to use this property. Beachfront and safe. Loved it

We visited for my daughter’s grad school graduation and had a wonderful stay. We booked a corner oceanfront suite with two bedrooms, a living room, and a kitchenette, and it was perfect for our family of five. The suite was very spacious, with plenty of room for everyone. The primary bathroom was especially nice, with double sinks and a large separate tub. We really enjoyed both the pool and the beach. We used the beach chairs during our stay, and an attendant never came by to charge us, so we were able to enjoy them at no cost. A special shout-out to Christopher at the front desk. He was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. He is a wonderful ambassador for the hotel and definitely deserves recognition. We would happily stay here again!

Picked this Hyatt because of the location and being a Hyatt loyalty member, and it turned out to be a great choice. The hotel is right across the street from the beach, so it was really easy to get back and forth. They also have beach towels available at the gazebo, which was a nice touch. As a Hyatt loyalty member, I was upgraded at check in, which was much appreciated. Thank you! I also had a change in my flight times and Beth at the front desk was fantastic. She could have easily charged me for a late checkout or just stored my bags, but she looked ahead and saw that rooms were available. She let me keep the room until 3 pm so I could enjoy the beach and still come back, shower and get ready before heading to the airport. Everything was clean, convenient and the staff were great. This is exactly why, whether I’m traveling for work or pleasure, I’ll always try to book Hyatt. Great stay and thanks again to Beth and the team!

Trip advisor We (myself, husband and 2.5 yo) really enjoyed our weekend trip to Clearwater. When we pulled up and saw that infamous South Florida pink/coral color all over the exterior, I was a little hesitant lol. But, once we got inside, the property was beautiful. We did not have a vehicle, so can’t comment on parking but the remainder of the check-in process was very smooth. We are World of Hyatt members and were treated to an upgraded suite for our stay. The residential King suite was so spacious, with two bathrooms, a kitchen, a walk-in shower, two tvs and a balcony overlooking the pool and beach. The pool (on the 8th floor) is a saltwater pool, which I much prefer to chlorine. There were plenty of seats around the pool and the seaside grille served tasty food. To get to the beach, all we had to do was walk down to the 2nd floor and cross the street. There, we could pick up our free beach towels and find our seats. Hyatt guests get a $20 discount on any chairs/cabanas on the beach and the rental was good until 5 pm. As we rode back to the airport (about 35 minutes by car), my husband turned and asked, “so when are we coming back?”. So we will be back soon. 5 stars.

Beautiful Hotel in a perfect location. Staff was amazing and went above and beyond to cater to your needs. Kitchenette was well equipped with a standard size refrigerator with ice machine, toaster, microwave, coffee machine, a frying pan, a small pot, plates, cups, silverware and blender.
