A beautiful spot right on the beach! Our biggest frustration was the amount of other events going on in the hotel that took over our experience of even being in a resort. There were conventions and weddings going on that made the hotel feel over crowded, loud and anything but relaxing. The elevators were always busy and took longer to be available than any hotel I have ever stayed in. Delicious breakfast buffet !

I expends four days with my daughter on a mini vacation and we had a very relaxing time. Loved the ambiance the view from our room, the beach, the pool and the food at the resorts restaurants. I will definitely come back with more friends next time :-)

I stayed in a King room with kitchen and balcony. The spaces were much larger than anticipated and the ocean view was perfect. This property is close to restaurants, entertainment and the pier, making walking around simple. Access to amenities like laundry, the fitness center, beach rentals, etc was very convenient and made the stay even more enjoyable. The room had a comfortable bed and pillows and the black out curtains were perfect for my ideal vacation that includes sleeping in. The kitchen provided all the necessary comforts that made it feel like a home away from home. I had the ability to see a room in a very nearby hotel and this hotel beat the other high-end one out by a long shot in space, comfort, amenities, hotel appearance and presentation. I’ll be returning here over and over again.

The Hotel is Not luxurious at all. I paid almost $600/night for a "premium" partial ocean view, but the room faced a building with a small view of the intracoastal. I complained to the front desk/manager, which it was the same person, who said they were fully booked. After some time of discussion, he offered to change my room the next day. Knowing alI the complication that will add loosing time, I was waiting all morning next day, I had lo leave my bags in the lobby front desk, I have to check out one room at 11am then check in in another at 3pm, finally , I was moved to an another room with the view I paid. The hotel lacks luxury amenities, and everything is outdated, moldy bathroom caulking, damaged blinds, old furniture in balconies alone with moldy floors, old carpets, and poor security. The pool area was chaotic, No a good place if you like to relax, and parking is Mix with people that goes to the beach and all having access to the hotel which costs $36/per day . This was no ideal anniversary I had planned for 4 nights.

Upon arrival, multiple staff recognized my Globalist status and they were quick to make sure that I knew that the valet parking and breakfast were both complimentary. The biggest surprise, however, was the upgrade from the standard room to a 1600 square foot, 2 bedroom, 3 bathroom room. What a nice suite! Thanks for making my son’s birthday trip special. We will be sure to come back again.
