Cool hotel, bad business practices
This hotel is really pretty – the rooms are nice and I enjoyed my stay. I won't ever stay here again though, because they charge you a $20 per day amentiy fee for absolutely nothing. Really grinds my gears when places do dishonest stuff like this to try and squeeze extra money out of patrons who are already paying hundreds of dollars per day.

My new favorite design hotel in Clevaland.
the hotel is amazing. just beautifully designed. incredible service staff. the restaurant is great. love the decor and plum colored walls. feels luxurious but not overly designed. even the smallest details like the bedside lights are on a dimmer so in the middle of the night you can just turn on a little bit of light to get that drink of water. It's my favorite hotel In Cleveland. And the location is fantastic too. Right around the corner from the Marble Room and Cordelia - two of the best restaurants in the city.

Elegant boutique hotel
We loved this hotel - the vibe, the furnishings and decor, the friendly staff, and the convenient location. The one night we had a car we parked at the garage next door ($16 vs $57 for valet) and had no complaints. While the room was small, the bathroom was quite spacious with a wide window sill for our things. The bed was very comfy too.

Nice boutique hotel
We liked this boutique hotel located near 4th street where there are many place to eat and hang out. Comfortable bed, nice amenities, good price.

Our New Downtown Place to Stay
Reserved the Fidelity Hotel when we learned our usual downtown hotel had recently closed. Glad we selected this place. Very pleased with the Fidelity. Had a Petite Suite on an upper floor. Never heard any noise from the neighboring rooms or hallway. With the white noise machine they provided in the room, the traffic noise from the street below was not a problem. The room was very comfortable and clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Even though there is a public parking garage next door, we dropped our car off with the hotel valets. It was so much easier. At check out, they had our vehicle waiting for us out front. The Fidelity will now be our usual place to stay downtown.
