My experience at this beautiful and aesthetic hotel was wonderful, but I took off one point in resentment for the mandatory daily amenity fee and the lack of affordable parking. There is a large parking garage right next door to the hotel but it is not affiliated with the hotel and you have to self-park and drag your luggage over to the hotel. There is valet parking available but it is extremely expensive. I really dislike when hotels charge amenity fees. Just add that to the room rate, if it is a mandatory fee! Plus I didn't use any of the amenities. I stayed one night at this hotel and my room was gorgeous and comfortable. The staff were pleasant and helpful. I had a super delicious breakfast in the restaurant. One other negative: I wish the pillows were not so firm. It would be good to have a variety of pillow firmness since everybody prefers something different. They were too firm and overstuffed for me. The hotel is clean and quiet and centrally located. It has a refined and luxe atmosphere. I would recommend it except for the amenity fee and the parking situation.

The Fidelity Hotel was perfect! Such a great experience in Cleveland. Our son plays Lacrosse at CSU and the hotel was walking distance to the field and to many restaurants options. We are ate at the hotel and the food was exceptional! Definitely will be back to enjoy again.

We celebrated our 30th wedding anniversary at the Fidelity and it was a great experience. The hotel is very clean and well appointed. Rooms, while not large, had enough room to unpack and be comfortable. Front desk, valety and restaurant staff all very friendly and professional. Helped with any questions we had. Would recommend to friends and family.

The staff at the hotel has been absolutely outstanding and incredibly kind. From Catherine in sales to Vincent with the valet service, everyone has gone above and beyond. I’ve been staying here for several weeks while working on a project in downtown Cleveland, and the level of service and accommodation has been consistently excellent. As a female traveling alone for work, safety is always a top concern for me, and this hotel has made me feel comfortable, secure, and well cared for throughout my stay.

Fidelity Hotel just opened about a year ago in a former classic office building. It is conveniently located on E.6th Street, within walking distance of most of downtown Cleveland, Playhouse Square, the E. 4th Street restaurants, and sporting venues. This is a boutique hotel, beautifully decorated, with all kinds of interesting design elements. The service was friendly, helpful, and attentive. We've eaten twice at the restaurant here, which has an eclectic menu. For what it's worth, on the weekend it seems to attract a younger crowd. In any case, both the food and service were very good. They have coffee in the room, but also coffee available downstairs, where there is a comfortable lounge area and a nice work table, if that is what you want. Our room did not have a desk -- we've seen that at other boutique hotels, but, again, there was space on the first floor common areas that would have been just fine. The hotel has valet parking, but there is a newer parking garage maybe 50 feet down the street towards the corner of E.4th and Euclid. We're torn on whether to rate this as a 4 or a 5. We're rounding up due to the fun design and the fact that it seems so well run for a newer hotel.
