We liked this boutique hotel located near 4th street where there are many place to eat and hang out. Comfortable bed, nice amenities, good price.

Our New Downtown Place to Stay
Reserved the Fidelity Hotel when we learned our usual downtown hotel had recently closed. Glad we selected this place. Very pleased with the Fidelity. Had a Petite Suite on an upper floor. Never heard any noise from the neighboring rooms or hallway. With the white noise machine they provided in the room, the traffic noise from the street below was not a problem. The room was very comfortable and clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Even though there is a public parking garage next door, we dropped our car off with the hotel valets. It was so much easier. At check out, they had our vehicle waiting for us out front. The Fidelity will now be our usual place to stay downtown.

BIGGEST MISTAKE EVER BOOKING THIS HOTEL
Checked in late. My room is right next to the parking structure and the blinds were up. I was unable to close the blinds for privacy. Because they could not send anyone to close it, they moved me to another room. So tacky. I have not seen one staff member smile even though other people say it's a friendly staff. And I've even run into a racist woman who refuse to get in the elevator with me. Biggest mistake ever booking this hotel.

Tiny room
Great hotel -- if you are the only one in the room. You have to turn on a master switch (which turns on a light automatically) in order for the bathroom light to work. This means the person in the room who is still sleeping in the middle of the night is woken up by the light. Not good. The mattress, however, was super comfortable, and I agree with other reviewiers about the cleanliness, decor, and valet service. Superb! The resaurant is good, especially for breakfast. The other problem if you are traveling with another is that there isn't enough room for both people's clothes and to set your toiletries out, especially if you have a stay that is longer. It just didn't really work for 2 people. I'll probably give up the style and go down the street to stay at the Hilton Garden Inn next time I'm in Cleveland.

Beautiful and up scale
What a Great Hotel!! It's absolutely beautiful didn't have dinner in the restaurant but did set and have drinks in the bar and chat with the bartender the drinks are great and up scale and the staff are very friendly and extremely professional but not uptight room and entire hotel was spotless had a great stay 👍
