Pricey ? Yes Worth it - definitely Food is fantastic. Ran into one of the chefs one day grabbing some herbs from the on site garden. Love it Location and views next level Included experiences brilliant (thank you Jeff, Liam and Becca). We only did the distillery and oyster farm. Both amazing. There are many more that are part of the all inclusive rate. Will have to return to do the rest. We cancelled our Tasmanian Devil experience just to spend more time in the room with an amazing view over Coles Bay and the Hazards. Corinne, Emile and Liam from the restaurant were awesome Thank you to Cameron for our initial hello which was great Dylan - thank you. One of the most genuine GM’s we have come across. We were there to celebrate my wife’s birthday which was recognised with a Welcome Message at our Villa and with a parting gift on check out. Thank you ! Not a criticism - my only suggestion is at this price point the shower tiles / vanity etc are showing a fair bit of age and wear. Otherwise - magnificent stay. We will be back

Having experienced Saffire Freycinet, I would have to agree with it receiving such a prestige award. My wife and I enjoyed 5 nights in a Private Pavilion (Baudin) and it was exceptional. Everything just works. The electric black out curtains, beautiful comfy super king bed and visa to beat all. As with any great hotel it can not be great without great staff. And Saffire Freycinet has them in ‘spades’. And they include – Christopher(welcoming) / Vincent (champagne on arrival) / Julia(reception) / Alessio Paola / Johan / Julie / Emile / Michelle / Emma / Yohan / Liam / Celine / Philippe Corinne / Ricky(manager) / Valeria / Valentine Thank you!!

A stay at Saffire is an experience everyone should have. I booked Saffire for myself and my girlfriend in late October 25 for her birthday and to propose. The Saffire staff were so accommodating, I was waiting for the ring to get made and asked if I could get it sent to Saffire before my arrival and for safe keeping, they had no issues with helping me out and said they could help out with the proposal as well. I forgot to advise them that my now fiancee doesn’t drink, on arrival I advised them and by the time we made the short stroll down stairs to have lunch the staff were already aware she didn’t drink and made her amazing mocktails the whole stay. Their attention to detail is nothing short of amazing. I never thought of the place you stay being the experience but it is definitely the case with Saffire. The food, experiences and people are as good as it gets. I want everyone I know to go to Saffire so we can talk about how amazing it is. I can’t thank the team enough for making an amazing moment even better and cannot wait to go back.

Having traveled as an adult for many decades in many countries and locations we found our visit to Safire Freycinet to be one of the all time favorite locations . The site is designed to be relaxing and beautiful and it succeeds. Every member of this highly professional team is knowledgeable and engaging. Well beyond the “have a nice stay” to meaningful conversations that were often followed up with unexpected extras. We happened to mention that our next stop was Hobart but we didn’t know yet where we were going to dine. That evening multiple pages of ideas and photos. The stars from our balcony were amazing at night and we got background on an app that would assist with that. The experiences were beyond our expectations. From the country walk with Mick where we learned so much and got a deeper appreciation for his heritage. The oyster tasting while standing in the Great Oyster Bay with Becca was a memory we will hold dear. So many activities each unique and special in its own way. Dining was delicious and once again the service was impeccable throughout the day and shifts of waitstaff. The rooms are spacious and well designed. This was one location we did not want to leave. If you like, quality, attention and beautiful sights and experiences make sure and find your way to Saffire Freycinet.

Fantastic experience. I have stayed at some of the world's finest hotels - Saffire is absolutely amazing. Beautiful views, stunning lobby, incredible service, great food. I did not want to leave.
