Our stay at the Four Seasons Mexico City was absolutely exceptional from start to finish. This was our first time in Mexico City- we were celebrating my husband's birthday and the team did an excellent job acknowledging that. The property feels like a peaceful oasis right in the heart of the city, with a stunning central courtyard that instantly makes you forget you’re in a bustling urban setting. The hotel is undergoing renovations and we were fortunate to stay in one of the beautifully renovated rooms on the 6th floor. The concierge kindly emailed us prior to our stay regarding the noise/construction. The work starts around 9AM-6PM, but it did not bother us because we were out and about all day. The rooms are beautifully designed—spacious, elegant, and incredibly comfortable (bed, pillows, towels). Every detail felt thoughtfully curated, from the bedding to the amenities. Housekeeping/turn down service was great. What truly sets this hotel apart is the service. Every staff member we encountered was warm, attentive, and genuinely committed to making our stay memorable. They went above and beyond to accommodate requests and offered fantastic recommendations for dining and exploring the city. *** Shout out to CESAR (GM) for checking in on us multiple times and ORLANDO at Fifty Mils for his knowledge and service. 10/10. *** The location is also ideal—close to Chapultepec Park, great restaurants, and some of the best neighborhoods in Mexico City. After a full day of exploring, coming back to the calm, luxurious atmosphere of the hotel was the perfect reset. We also loved the on-site dining options (Il Becco and Zanaya) both meals were excellent. The overall ambiance of the property—it strikes the perfect balance between sophistication and comfort. We will absolutely be staying here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious, relaxing, and perfectly located stay in Mexico City!

We love this property and the charm it has right within the city. We had a great stay and a special shout-out to Agnes, the Chef Concierge, who helped my husband arrange a special outing for Valentine's Day to have breakfast in a cactus field with special chef arrangement to learn about Mexican gastronomy. It was an incredible experience and all thanks to the help of Agnes. Cannot wait to stay here again!

Incredible stay. Great service from Isabela at reception. The food, the public areas and the room were superb.

I stayed at Four Seasons Hotel Mexico City for four nights in December 2025. Overall, it was a pleasant stay. The hotel is large and features a beautiful interior courtyard filled with lush vegetation. This is where the breakfast restaurant is located, along with another restaurant/bar that serves breakfast on certain mornings. The setting is calm and enjoyable. The rooms are spacious and well equipped, with a Nespresso machine, kettle, tea selection, a Dyson hair dryer. The lobby atmosphere is lovely, especially in the evenings when the fireplaces are lit, creating a very cozy and welcoming ambiance. Breakfast selection was good, with fresh and high-quality products. Service throughout the hotel was professional and attentive. That said, there are a few aspects that could be improved for a hotel of this level. The mattresses and pillows deserve closer attention, sleep quality in luxury hotels is essential, and this is largely determined by modern, high-quality bedding. Unfortunately, the mattresses and pillows here feel outdated. In addition, there is no proper heating system in the rooms. The only option is to use the air conditioning unit, which is extremely noisy and does not heat efficiently. The room felt consistently cold. The hotel would benefit greatly from a modern, dedicated heating system. Lastly, the interior design feels somewhat dated and would benefit from a refresh to bring it in line with contemporary luxury standards.
