This is a fabulous hotel. It's a little bit north of Colorado Springs, but we actually liked that. It was away from some of the hustle and bustle.. It's situated right at the beginning of the Air Force Academy. It was very clean and the staff are incredible. We got to tour the Air Force Museum and actually got onto the base to see some things, but you do need special permission for that but we just happened to get lucky because we met a parent of a cadet. Get a room on the side of the hotel where you have a beautiful view of the base and mountains. You have to ask for that in advance. Would definitely stay here again and again. They even have a flight simulator that you can do, but we didn't have time for that but wish we could've.

The rooms have the best views and the pool does as well!

Loved this hotel. I asked for a quiet room, and they had made sure I was assigned one. At check in reception even proactively checked then moved me to an even quieter room that had become available. I am a light sleeper, but was not awoken by internal or external noise (I use a white noise app). Room as spacious, clean and in good repair. Shower has huge with abundant hot water. On site there is a small counter cafe (note service is on the slower side), a diner style restaurant (it was closed during my stay, lobby bar (where most of the restaurant food can be ordered), and the restaurant. The Caesar salad is the best I’ve ever had - a wonderful light, tangy dressing with crispy fresh croutons. Lobby bartenders and restaurant servers were friendly and super helpful. Suggestions to improve rooms: provide slippers, real cream for coffee, kettle and tea bags.

Booked three rooms - each of us had our own king room with Mountain View. The hotel was immaculate, the rooms - every detail was considered, pool was great, fitness & spa, lots of food options. The service was attentive and guest focused. Highly recommend this property for friends or family trip.

Came to Colorado Springs to celebrate my 26th birthday and was absolutely taken away by our stay at hotel Polaris. All of the staff was so helpful but one person in particular really went the extra mile. Marisa with the front desk was so very friendly and made my stay one that I’ll always remember. She was so quick to greet us with a smile, answer any questions and she really went above and beyond when it came to making our stay feel special. Thank you Marisa!
