Curtis and team could not have been more warm and accommodating. It was a “full” weekend for the team. The hospitality started at check in and continued our entire stay. As a large group, our logistics were complicated -,hospitality room, group dinner - but all went smoothly and with special and unexpected touches along the way. Many thanks to the entire Polaris team.

What a great trip!!! Great friends! We all enjoy the new Hotel Polaris!!! The amenities were all new and quite perfect! But the best thing was the hospitality team of well trained and enthusiastic customer service stars! Big shout out to Curtis the GM and my Wisconsin new friend, Tracey, for providing such wonderful service with always a smile and… “ what else can I do for you, Jeff?”

We had a group of 20 in a golf group over Family Weekend at USAFA - the Hotel was busy and "abuzz" all weekend. From all the service staff up through the Culinary team and everyone on the staff, all were friendly, engaging and helpful!! A special shout out to Stacy at our Poolside Dinner, our special simulator event staff, the outstanding service at our specialty dinner event on the Spa Deck! Thank you to Curtis for a special weekend on a special property! I hope the Fall is as successful as you all were on our weekend1

Georgia with my sister to visit family. We decided to stay here due to the proximity to everything. The views of the mountains were amazing from the hotel. The rooms were impeccably clean and very modern and comfortable. We had breakfast and dinner at the onsite restaurant ‘Pamela’s’. The food was incredibly good. We also had a spa day at Ascend Spa and Wellness. The spa was incredible and the relaxation room overlooked the beautiful mountain view. Would definitely go back! Esther was an awesome massage therapist who helped with my muscle aches from 2 days of hiking.

Called the front desk to book a room. Spoke to Brittany she informed me she was the only person there and she didn’t have time to provide me with rates for our upcoming stay. I needed to go online to book. For a hotel that claims to be a 5 star hotel I would think I could make a reservation over the phone. Sad to say we were looking forward to staying here. But have since booked a room over the phone with a neighboring hotel.
