Reviews for Hotel Polaris

Beautiful new hotel in the COS area

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 1 week ago

We spent two nights here after one night in Denver for a concert at Red Rocks. We wanted to visit Garden of the Gods and we love the Colorado Springs area in general. This hotel made such a nice home base for us during this part of our trip. The facilities are all new and exceptionally well-kept! The restaurants were lovely, and the amenities were perfect for us. They even have T3 hairdryers which was a huge plus. We had a Mountain View room, which we loved, and the staff was very friendly and helpful anytime we encountered them. Highly recommend staying here!

Wonderful Hotel

We had a fabulous stay. A v special hotel! Staff was great. Rooms were wonderful. Food was top notch. Lots of choices. And it's an area that is growing around it, so easy to find snacks for the room.

Bill and Zack!!

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 3 weeks ago

Came here to say how amazing this hotel is, from the staff, to the gym, the pool, all of the restaurants, and the very clean and well kept building. I’d like to point out some specific staff that made my stay better on top of everything the hotel already offers. The first staff member I’d like to recognize is Bill who runs valet; however, he also opens the doors for me inside and outside of the building, he never fails to carry on a great conversation with me, expressing genuine engagement and he’s always offering to help in anyway possible by carrying people’s bags to there room, offering to help us woth our equipment etc… he’s a great staff member and hotel Polaris is lucky to have people like him who make the hotel stand out for what it is. Another member id like to recognize is Zack. Another very kind and genuine person. My visit back in June, he helped me replace my charger for all of my devices while I stayed, and then in July he was the same genuine person I met in June. He’s always willing to converse, and he’s a great staff member to have upfront for people to see when they first walk in. Overall, all of the staff I encountered was amazing and so was this hotel. My only complaint, is that a free grab and go breakfast would be amazing. Paying $10 for a freezer burrito is not ideal :/

Fantastic experience!

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 1 month ago

Fantastic experience! Staff was so nice. Nick at checkin was lovely and our server Hayden at Doulie’s was great. My sons were over the moon playing with the yard games and watching the planes. Super cool flight simulators for 12 & up! Rooms are nice. We ate at both restaurants and very much enjoyed.
