This was our first time staying at the Polaris while visiting for my husband’s Air Force Academy 50th reunion. We enjoyed the Polaris atmosphere and mid century modern decor with all the modern amenities. During the evening events and dinners, a particular person named Kay stood out. Everywhere we went and no matter what time of day, Kay was there working with a smile whether bartending or serving. I noticed her patience with everyone (keep in mind that the average age of the group was 72) and her kindness. But on last day at the hotel that Kay really shined. Another guest in line ahead of me was extremely rude to her and snapped “I don’t think you get the point” when she offered him coffee sweetener available at the end of the counter and demanded she put it in his cup. She smiled and said “I can do that for you.” Kay is a credit to the Polaris and deserves recognition.

Great hotel with lots of amenities a little on the expensive side. None of the women servicing our rooms, spoke a word of English. The toilet paper was cheap and scratchy.

My husband and I stayed here in March 2025 and had such a wonderful experience. We had drinks at The Aviator before dinner — the cocktails and service were absolutely top-notch. Dinner at Pamela’s was perfect; the food was delicious, and our server was fantastic. Our room had beautiful views, the bed was extremely comfortable, and the overall ambiance was trendy, fresh, and inviting. It was the perfect stay-cation. The staff made us feel very welcomed. Highly recommend!

My visit to the Ascend Spa at Hotel Polaris was an incredible experience from start to finish. The space is beautiful, serene, spotless, and thoughtfully designed to make you feel at ease the moment you arrive. I had a facial with Paige, and it was truly one of the best I’ve ever had! She was warm, professional, and so attentive to every detail. The treatment was both relaxing and rejuvenating. My skin felt fresh, hydrated, and glowing afterward. If you’re staying at Hotel Polaris or just looking for a peaceful escape in Colorado Springs, I can’t recommend Ascend Spa enough. It’s the perfect way to unwind, recharge, and treat yourself!

We had a group reunion with about 30 people. Staff help in planning (especially Amanda) was great. Rooms and atmosphere were excellent. We had a plated meal that was very good. Support overall was excellent. The hotel is themed to the Air Force Academy. They’ve done a great job. Hope to come back.
