Hotel Polaris

We were so lucky to have selected this new hotel for our first visit to Colorado Springs. It was everything we could have imagined and asked for in a hotel. Luxurious, affordable, amazing service, and exceptionally clean. It was my favorite part of the trip as accommodations can make or break a vacation. I am very picky lol…Hotel Polaris elevated ours and set the tone for the entire trip. The decor, aesthetics, color scheme, Air Force based aviation theme, quality, everything it was all A+. One of the most beautiful hotels we have stayed in. Service- Every time we entered or exited the hotel lobby, we were greeted with warm smiles and welcoming hospitality. Bar- We sat near the fireplace and had drinks at Thunderbird bar (Macallan 12, jalapeño margarita (off-menu request), hot chocolate) and they were served quickly, were priced reasonably, and tasted great. Clean- Housekeeping came by daily to clean the room and replaced our towels, glasses, and complimentary water bottles. The rooms don’t contain microwaves but we were able to request one for use during our stay and it was delivered within minutes. Location- Conveniently located in front of the Air Force Base, centrally located near many of Colorado Springs’ attractions, and less than an hour from Denver. Trust me, just visit! You won’t regret it.

Hotel Polaris is wonderful! Everything was very clean, and the rooms were very spacious. I really enjoyed all of the bars and restaurants within the hotel. I spent a day at the spa, where the service was excellent, and the relaxation room had a perfect view of the mountains. The pool was heated and very clean, and during my visit one of the bars had been transformed into a holiday bar with cookies and hot cocoa—it was very cute! I would highly recommend Hotel Polaris to all of my friends and family. Thank you for a great experience!

I had a beautiful experience here! The rooms were amazing and the staff even better! So kind and friendly. I had a lovely meal at Pamela’s , Ana my server was spectacular.

Had a team building weekend here and it was great. The staff was friendly and helpful. Food was amazing and the room was beautiful.

I had the absolute pleasure of staying at Hotel Polaris over this past weekend with a group of coworkers. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the decor everywhere was beautiful! We had a delicious breakfast at Pamela's and enjoyed drinks and appetizers at the Aviator Rooftop Bar on the 9th floor, which has an amazing wraparound balcony outside with views of the mountains and overlooking the courtyard and pool area. The pool is heated year-round and warm enough to enjoy in the winter too, and we had a fun time playing lawn games outside - bocce ball, cornhole, giant Jenga, giant chess, etc.. We even got to check out the flight simulators on our last morning, which was a BLAST and a super unique experience! All of the staff there are so welcoming, helpful, and friendly, and they made the experience that much more enjoyable. Shoutout to Chip, our amazing host at the 9th floor clubhouse, and a special thanks to Curtis for helping organize this weekend for our team! I definitely recommend this hotel if you're staying in Colorado Springs, and I plan to come back in the future if I have the opportunity.
