Had a terrific stay at the Hotel Polaris this past weekend! Check-in was a breeze, the lady who checked us in was very welcoming! The hotel is a solid stay. Had great food from Pamela's and Thunderbird. Doolies made great milkshakes, was a bit disappointed by the hot dogs we ordered didn't seem very well put together. The hotel is lovely and they use high-end furnishings for the property and rooms, everything was topnotch. The staff were friendly and very helpful throughout our stay, they were extremely responsive on the text feature, I made a request for housekeeping items with the front desk and that was handled very well. I also texted about some minor maintained issues in my room and they responded rather quickly to resolve. Water pressure in shower is kind of meh...not very strong. My only lackluster experience was at check-out, the young lady who was checking us out seemed super disinterested and disengaged when I was telling her about my issue with my room. I removed a star from my rating because I was told we would receive an upgraded room with a "mountain-view" honestly you could see the mountain but you had to stand at a slant to actually get a good view. This upgraded room was apparently over a lounge that played loud music after midnight on the weekend. My recommendation is avoid room 871 if you want to sleep through the night during the weekends. Final point great hotel, helpful, friendly staff (for the most part). The rooms are nicely maintained I would recommend that housekeeping actually mop floors in room bathrooms, I was caught off guard when I saw how dirty by socks got from walking on the floor of the bathroom in my room. It was impressive to see maintenance staff checking tables throughout the lobby bar to ensure nothing was wobbly, excellent dedication to detail! The hotel is located near the Air Force Academy and not near anything else, get a rental car if you can, parking at the hotel was very easy to use. Taking uber or lyft everywhere from the hotel is not the most economical option if you care about cost savings. A plus hotel and worth a visit!!

Hotel Polaris leadership: My wife and I enjoyed 5 nights at the Polaris hotel, 2 booked on Expedia then we extended for 3 more. Your staff and facilities are all excellent. Kamal at the front desk treated us particularly well, even offering some Pike's Peak guidance and a small oxygen bottle for my wife who was concerned about the altitude. We very much enjoyed breakfast at Pamela's. Hailing from Tucson, Arizona, rare are the breakfast burrito and salsa that meet the Mexican fare standards we have developed there, Pamela's exceeded them. I might mention the pancake's as well, someone in your kitchen cares enough to serve pancakes and syrup that taste like they are baked with love. Thank you and your staff for adding comfort and a feeling of home to our very memorable Colorado Springs stay. Michael and Shannon Coleman.

I planned a surprise girl’s night in with my daughter (11) and this hotel was the best choice I could’ve made! From the moment we walked in, until we left the next morning- customer service was top notch. Kamal at the front desk was so kind and helpful- he even surprised my daughter with the pilot bear! She couldn’t believe it- it was the perfect gift to remember our special night together. This hotel is very nice, higher end, great views- clean rooms, great food. We ate from Pamela’s both for dinner and breakfast. The kids menu mac n cheese is AMAZING! Highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Our check-in experience with Kamal was amazing. He asked and seemed to really care about why we were staying and when he heard what we were celebrating – 10 year wedding anniversary, newly pregnant - he helped to upgrade us to a Mountain View suite. This was a very kind gesture and made our stay all more meaningful.

Food was great, little over priced but our server Hannah was great! Made my friend feel very special for her birthday.
