Hotel Polaris is a beautiful property with excellent access to everything Colorado Springs has to offer. The attention to detail is evident from the moment you walk through the front door, particularly in the hotel's decor, restaurants, bars, and especially the guest rooms. Everything is very well done. General Manager Curtis Bova and Director of Restaurants, Bars, and Events Ken Butler deserve a special shout-out for their fantastic staff. The service from Reyna at the Thunderbird Bar, as well as Ruth and Sarah at Pamela's Restaurant, was outstanding; they were both outgoing and delightful. Additionally, Soufi at the spa was incredibly helpful and welcoming.

Amazing place
I dined for breakfast twice and had a delicious meal. The food is amazing and the service was excellent. Brayden was my server and he was welcoming and so very kind. 100% recommend dining here

Perla at the aviator
I visited aviator tonight and I was nit disappointed, we had the Polaris midnight roll, tuna nachos, pathfinder, aging aviator and a few green tea shots suggested by Perla, definitely an experience we will not forget any time soon! Sve is one of the best bartenders we have had

Amazing cleaning staff and wait staff
Beautiful hotel with kind staff. But I'd like to give a HUGE shout out to the ones making it happen behind the scenes. During my conference, the bathrooms stayed clean, trash was always picked up and taken out, tables cleaned, and the wait staff was incredibly kind as well. These people are the backbone of companies and often go unnoticed. To the custodial crew and serving staff. Thank you for all of your hard work 🩷🩷
