The hotel’s view is very beautiful—quiet, luxurious, elegant, and very reasonably priced. The hotel breakfast is varied and excellent, and they also offer the option to have breakfast delivered to your room. A heartfelt salute to the hotel manager, Mattia, who made us fall in love with the place through his courtesy, respect, and exceptional kindness. He cooperated with us even in the smallest details we needed. Many thanks, Mattia and the team, for your kindness. I will definitely recommend it to my friends and relatives, and if we ever visit Como again, we will come back to you

A charming hotel with views to die for and absolutely exceptional service. Book their boat for an afternoon, truly memorable. My third time in Como and this was my favourite spot.

We stayed at Villa Flori Lake Como as a pre cruise holiday. Arriving from Milan we wanted a relaxing start after a long trip from Australia. Walking into the Hotel is a jaw dropping moment! This is all about location, location, location. Yes we ferried across the lake with trepidation, however it is the 1st stop for all ferries. This hotel was what made Lake Como, the service was amazing, the staff were so attentive, Nabil and Giovanni in the Raimondi restaurant were brilliant and professional. They made our evenings drinking Lemonchello's by the lake. Make no mistake, our Lake Como experience would not have been the same without Villa Flori.

I had the absolute pleasure of staying at Villa Flori, and while the property itself is stunning with its breathtaking views and elegant charm, what truly made my experience unforgettable was Mattia, the hotel manager. From the moment I arrived, Mattia went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and cared for. His kindness, professionalism, and genuine warmth turned a beautiful stay into something exceptional. He was attentive to every detail, always ready to help with anything I needed, and did it all with a sincerity that made me feel like more than just a guest. Honestly, if I ever return to Villa Flori, it will be because of Mattia. He is a rare gem in hospitality, and he made my visit one to remember. Highly recommend this hotel—not only for its location and luxury, but especially for the exceptional services
