Hotel Villa Flori

The property is a perfect retreat on Lake Como. Our room, 302, was exceptional. With an open balcony on 2 sides. Giving an uninterrupted grand view of the amazing Lake. It was clean and a good size. The only things missing was Tea and Coffee making facilities and the bathroom is a little open plan. I brought my partner here to propose with the background of Lake Como. The staff were absolutely 10/10. The communication before hand was great with Alena, Arianna, Luca and Caterina being very courteous and helpful. During our stay all the staff we had any interaction were amazing. Thank you for a great stay.

Beautiful hotel typically Italian. Excellent position overlooking the lake. We had breakfast on the terrace which was varied and the coffee was delicious. Evening food was expensive but delicious non the less. Kindly guided us to boat trip and taxi to the station. Thank you highly recommend. Our room was converted to twin in no time, once requested as we had reserved.

Having spent a busy couple of days buying in Milan, we decided to spend two nights at Villa Flori which is less than an hour away from Milan on a 7€ first class train ticket ! The hotel was charming, old fashioned but nicely traditional with exceptionally high standards and beautifully maintained. The location was fantastic with the crystal clear lake directly below our balcony. The room was slightly small but nevertheless very comfortable and the beds equally so. The TV could have been bigger and had some more English speaking channels on and a coffee machine would have also made a difference. The breakfasts were fantastic and sitting outside on the terrace was an absolute treat. Service and attention to detail by all the staff was fantastic ! Definitely would recommend this to anyone wanting a relaxing stay in Como.

AMAZING! We ventured up to Como for a few days before a longer stay in Milan. It was off-season but the staff and accomodations were still incredible. Luca made the stay even better with his tips for what to do in our short time on the lake. All the staff made us feel very welcome. The views, the breakfasts, the decorations - all perfect. You won't regret staying here.

The hotel’s view is very beautiful—quiet, luxurious, elegant, and very reasonably priced. The hotel breakfast is varied and excellent, and they also offer the option to have breakfast delivered to your room. A heartfelt salute to the hotel manager, Mattia, who made us fall in love with the place through his courtesy, respect, and exceptional kindness. He cooperated with us even in the smallest details we needed. Many thanks, Mattia and the team, for your kindness. I will definitely recommend it to my friends and relatives, and if we ever visit Como again, we will come back to you
